Clients include respected statewide education and business organizations, health care providers, non-​profits, state agencies and professional services.

Stephen D.

Business Owner

Stephen is a 31-​year veteran of public, media and government affairs, including an

eight-​year tenure as a communications director with the Washington State Senate and a two-​year tenure with the United States Congress as a communications director and senior policy advisor. Stephen and his wife, Celeste, launched Daniels-​Brown Communications in 1997. Under their leadership, the DBC team has designed award-​winning advertising, branding and PR campaigns for a wide variety of local and regional clients. Stephen currently serves as chair of the Association of Washington Business HealthChoice board of trustees and on the board of directors of AWB. Past board service has included chair of Capital Medical Center’s board of trustees, vice president of the Brigham Young University national alumni board and the Thurston Economic Development Council board of directors. Stephen and Celeste have five daughters ages 10 to 30, and a manly Yorkie named Rufus. Top that.
