Randy came out in the evening (thank you) to look at our old electric furnace. He was very pleasant and obviously knowledgeable and fixed the furnace with a $ 5 part. This was after another contractor tried to sell us a new furnace. He then went above and beyond and fixed the cover to make it more secure and safer. Top notch service!

Randy at Crystal Air has been a great resource for my clients’ HVAC needs for years, and consistently delivers by being reliable, skilled and affordable.
Today he went above and beyond by meeting me at 8:30pm after a long day of work to install last minute seismic strapping on a water heater before the house closes, despite the fact that his schedule is booked with air conditioning installations and repairs during these recent hot days. A big Thank You!
