Update on my last review. Cody did eventually call me and explained that he was out of town, and apologized. Unfortunately it was too late.

Wow. Fast, friendly, and cheaper than I expected.
I needed to get my laptop fixed, including a new display. I looked at various forums and got an idea of what people were paying for similar repairs. Then I took my computer here and got a diagnostic & the repair was far less than anyone else reported paying for the same thing. Plus he told me about other options he had available, like getting a new computer for not much more. I now have no reason to take my computers anywhere else, as long as he is in business. Knows exactly what he is doing and apparently has low overhead costs. Highly recommended.

Words cannot express how awesome this guy is… I found him by reading the review here. He was able to work on and finish my laptop AND desktop in 1 day. Besides being so savvy on computers, his personality is also a bonus. About a week later I called about a separate issue. He walked me through it on the phone. Cody is by far one of the most talented, up-​and-​coming computer megaminds of our generation with whom I have ever had the pleasure of doing business. I have been using an ancient Dell Inspiron 6400 for the last 5 years and have had a wide number of problems with it. Cody has always been the very first person I go to with a problem and he always does more than he needs to in order to fix my computer and does it faster than expected. From clearing my hard drive of deep-​rooted virus and spyware, to replacing my hard drive altogether, or upgrading my processing system, Cody can do it all.
He is always very upfront about costs and is more than happy to walk through his repairs and purchases made if asked. In my experience, he always offers to do the work less expensively than anyone else doing the quality of work he does. If you want $ 10 repairs elsewhere, be ready to see your computer break without having someone who will guarantee their work lasts.
Even recently, when I mentioned to Cody I was considering upgrading to a newer computer, he offered to find me a new laptop for dirt cheap using his own personal business account on an online auction house. That is five-​star customer service and a huge advantage of being loyal to his business for so many years! I’d recommend his services to anyone and do often.
