YIKES! I went into see about having a single letter embroidered on 4 bathrobes for my bridesmaids. (So 4 letters technically, one for each robe). Just a single letter in one of their basic fonts and basic colors. They wanted 20 dollars for ONE! So that would have cost me 80 dollars to have 4 single letters printed. I wasn’t asking for anything fancy or elaborate. One letter. That’s all. I find this price to be in no way acceptable or even realistic. I would understand if I needed a logo that required a lot of stitching and intricate works, but I didn’t. I was horrified at the price. I was prepared to pay 5 each because that seemed reasonable. It wasn’t a lot of work, or a lot of stitching.
Another thing that I found severely lacking was that I had to basically snoop over the counter to find out how much it would be for one. I asked no less than 3 times how much they generally charge for one item like I was looking for and they never gave me a straight answer! I had to find out myself. And when I did see that on the sheet they use for writing orders, I was shocked. I said I didn’t find the price reasonable and left.
On a positive note, they were friendly and courteous.

Been using Budd Bay Promotions for about 10 years. As Treasurer of Chinook Middle School PATS, used them for all of our Spirit Wear. From the start they helped me out from designing the items, determining quantities, and keeping me in stock. Helped us have a very successful program. Now with the North Thurston High School Booster Club, they are doing the same. Always take my last minute /​rush orders with a smile. When it came time for some personal orders, bunch of shirts and my sons lettermans jacket, there was no question as to who I would use.

We have used Budd Bay for multiple sports and school events. I’ve probably purchased about 15 items per sport, per season for the last 10 years!!! I’ve also helped coordinate the large orders before submissions and looked at multiple bids. They are right in there on cost, efficient for starting each season, and creative on helping with logos, etc. Even more important, their contribution to our community is immeasurable. I was SHOCKED to see a negative review from a customer. We have done business with Budd Bay for at least a dozen years and I have seen nothing but top notch customer service and the generosity of this establishment is beyond belief. We put on a charity golf tournament for the past three years in Lacey WA. We have had Budd Bay supply our promotion materials and tournament swag. Budd Bay has been so awesome!
