Since my previous review I’ve brought in one old Bulova automatic and two old Rolex automatics for full servicing. The Bulova service cost $ 295 and included complete disassembly, cleaning, lubrication and assembly of the movement, polishing of the crystal, and polishing of the gold case to match factory specifications. My great grandfather’s watch now runs flawlessly and looks new despite being almost 60 years old.
The Rolex’s cost $ 495 each but included a full service, case polishing, and a new crystal. Unfortunately the previous owner of my reference 1501 Rolex had epoxied the bezel onto the case. Johnathan was able to remove the glue and properly install the bezel with no damage to the case or movement. Benjamin and Sons is a first rate business with great customer service that can handle any horological work.
