Bay Shore Construction is a second generation family owned and operated business. We are located in the city of Olympia and have been in the earthwork contruction business since 1989. In the past two decades we have installed over 1000 on-​site septic systems. We are licensed to instal on-​site sewage in Thurston, Pierce, Mason, Grays Harbor and Lewis counties. Bay shore Construction has more than 80 years combined experience in dirtwork/​excavation and 55 years of experience in septic installation. When it comes to knowledge and expertise, we have it.

Hi my name is Brandon T a 36 year old married father of 3 boys. I love people and the process of understanding solutions to there needs. I am born and raised in the Great N.W. and have been involved with Bay Shore Construction my whole life as its a 2nd generation company. I am humbled to be apart of such a great company.

I had a rough first go round with Envirotech — with a 3 month wait to get an estimate on a full septic rebuild so I decided to get a few more bids before doing our actual build out. Unfortunately it was late Fall by the times bids came in making for some wet conditions, but Brandon was upfront in letting me know what I was in for. Envirotech came in way below the other two bids but I ended up going with Bay Shore because I knew I’d be able to trust them after the first conversation with Brandon.
Sam was our project manager, and he was personable and knowledgable and really went above and beyond to explain things and help make sure things were happening the way I wanted them to turn out. The electrician they hired was professional and great. There were a few little bumps in the build out but Sam was there every step of the way to make sure everything turned out right. They are going to have to come back in a few months once the soil is settled and re-​grade the yard so I can regrow grass, but this seems to be above and beyond compared to the other groups out there. They are dedicated to a happy client and they have been a pleasure to do business with.

Our experience with Bay Shore has been great!
We had a drainage project and Brandon was recommended by a friend. We were impressed with him from the day we met him when he came out to give us a bid. Brandon is really easy to work with and is extremely reliable. He was also very patient with us as he educated us on our options, working with us (and our neighbors) to provide the best drainage solution while also taking into consideration the impact it would have on the surrounding properties.
Bay Shore provided exceptional value and we will definitely be using them again for our future septic and irrigation needs!

So my septic tank broke and flooded my front yard (im sure my neighbors werent happy.) and I had to leave town the following day for a business conference. i called bayshore and explained the situation and told them i really needed it fixed before i left the next day. brandon showed up the next morning and was able to identify the problem right away. i had to leave shortly after and when i returned two days later, the tank was fixed and the yard was back to normal. cant thank bayshore enough for handling the problem even when i was out of town!

Saved us a ton of money. Was impressed by his experience and attention to detail. We had two septic repair companies come out and both quoted us EXTREMELY high project costs. Brandon came out next day and saw the issue immediately. The two other companies were looking to replace nearly all of the outdated and failing system (their words). Brandon pointed out that a simple repair, one small modification and cleaning would get the job done.
Brandon was polite and gave us options on how to approach the problem.
From start to finish Bay Shore Construction did an exceptional job. Brandon and Bay Shore put my mind at ease and helped me through a very aggravating process. They completed in a timely manner and I will be using them for all of my septic maintenance, repair or cleaning from here on out.
