Donna opened her private practice, Personal Growth Center, in the early 80’s, but has over 40 years of experience working with individual adults, at risk and handicapped children, adolescents, parents, couples, and families of all ages, histories, and walks of life.

Business Owner

Donna Ulanowski has a Masters of Arts degree and is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. Donna focuses on creating empowerment; promoting balance and joy through life transitions, helping clients’ heal their relationships, and flourish after loss, abuse, addictive pattern and/​or mood disorders.

Her approach to therapy utilizes many modalities of talk, touch, and movement which integrates mind, body, emotions, and spirit.

She also has a great deal of clinical and teaching experience in many aspects of the mind-​body connection. Donna is a certified Rubenfeld (Gestalt) Synergist which is a form of emotional and body-​centered awareness.

Donna approaches her life’s work much the same as her spiritual practice of Yoga, with awareness and respect for the powerful healing which may occur when the mind, body, emotions, and spirit are integrated. She practices whole life healing in psycho-​education, supportive counseling, and psychotherapy.
