Established in 1990.

The Speicher Group is a family. We are Marylanders — born, bred, blue crab fed. From Montgomery County’s diverse towns to the rolling hills in the horse country of Howard County, we know this state and we want to share it with you.

Peggy Lyn S.

Business Owner

As one of ten children, Peggy Lyn enjoys family, gardening, cooking, fine wine and travel. She is married to Chris Speicher, a successful sales and marketing executive who is Co-​Founder & REALTOR® of the Speicher Group. They have an active 21 year old daughter, a senior at Lewis & Clark College in Portland, OR, who snowboards, fences, and enjoys drawing, writing and baking. Her family also includes Jasmine and Clive, both Cavalier King Charles Spaniels.
