Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine Center is a growing physical therapist-​owned, well-​established group of out-​patient physical therapy clinics servicing Prince George’s and Montgomery County Maryland. Our goal is to help our patients reach the maximum potential of functional ability for their individual needs. PTSMC’s knowledgeable, professional and friendly therapists treat neurological as well as orthopedic conditions at all four (4) locations.

While we treat each patient as an individual, our primary goals for each patient are the same — to increase strength and function while reducing pain and physical limitations, build physical awareness, promote wellness and longevity and to ultimately get each patient who comes through our doors, Back to Work, Play, and Living. You will leave PTSMC feeling like you’ve gained a family.

Dr. Sohaila Mosaddegh has been practicing for over 20 years, and founded Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine Center to offer aggressive, empowering physical therapy to Olney residents in Montgomery County, as well as to the Greenbelt, Bowie and Riverdale communities in Prince George’s county.
