impressive job, kind technician! did the job in timely manner removing the nail in my tire n fix it!

I used to live in Olney and Brookeville years ago, so whenever I’m in the area, I HAVE to bring my car in for a wash! These guys (Fletcher’s) have been here foryeeeears! They have done an awesome job at keeping up with the ever-​changing needs that have come with the development in Olney.
This car wash is open and running efficiently every time I come here. They get you in and out very expeditiously and with a super clean car with extra shine

Great gas station if you need work done on your car and they even have a deli inside the building where you can get fried shrimp, chicken, sandwiches, etc. one thing I love is the chicken salad wrap!
The attendants are all helpful.

I had a HORRIBLE experience with the driver that first responded to my keys being locked in my car on the night of March 16^th, but my review is for the driver (Brad) who got my call on the morning of the 17^th. I called the night of the 16^th and the driver tried for 25 minutes to get my car unlocked and then received another call in which he told me that the new call was «more important» than mine (the local police needed a car towed) and had a friend who was an «excellent» locksmith that could help me. (I returned the next morning to find a business card for said locksmith on my car window. Thanks? It turns out I didn’t even need a locksmith!!!) I told AAA I needed a locksmith and they informed me I needed to wait until 7:30 the morning of the 17^th. I, once again, called through AAA again in the morning at 7:45 and told them I needed a locksmith, because of what I was told the previous night. AAA informed me I did not need a locksmith, they then reassured me they would not send the same guy to help me again, I was grateful! While I was still on the phone with them, my new driver (Brad) called! I wasn’t able to pick up in time, but quickly called him back and he informed me he was already at my car, even though I was still 5 minutes away! I arrived, spoke with Brad for a few minutes and off he was trying to get in to my car. He tried a few times with no success due to my car’s security system. He then realized he could pop my trunk and climb through my backseat to my car! I wish the driver the night before, or even myself, would have realized this! He popped my trunk and off he was climbing through my car to the front seat so he could unlock my car. I was amazed and so thankful! Brad was in a super cheerful mood even though it was so early and we talked about our St. Patrick’s Day plans. We bonded over our love for good corned beef and cabbage, and I am truly grateful for his help so I could get to work on time! If you ever need something from this service station, ask for Brad! AAA should have this guy on speed dial.

I like how the owner is heavily involved in the community. The only thing that I avoid here is walking into the convenience shop. The people that work the register are not welcoming. They always seem to be grumplestiltskin!

Went there on Sunday as there was a screw in my tire and the check tire pressure light on my dash came on. Despite being a Sunday & the only car repair place in the area open on a Sunday, and very busy, the service was prompt, professional & inexpensive. Joe — lovely young man (teenager) — was personable, helpful & seemed to know exactly what he was doing. I will be back!
I decided to get my car washed as well. A little more expensive that other car washes, and my car was just OK clean. Hence the 4 stars. It was convenient though, so I will probably have my car washed there again.

I can’t explain the difference in service of this place compared to others!
They take care of you immediately, I came for a nail in my tire and come in the office tell them and he says I’ll be there with u, right away he comes out tells me there is a nail in your tire and its fixed… wow!!! My kids were with me so this promptness was appreciated greatly.
Got everything done in a jiffy. What can I say… I went to a place in beltsville and when I asked them about the nail, he said one hour… WTfudge…1 hour to plug my tire… and price here is great… Darcars wanted 40 dollars to do it… crazy…
Well let me tell u been here 3 times for the same thing… yes someone loves me very much… maybe …my tire gets nails all the time…

Every time my tires need air or need a tow, they have always been helpful and polite. Great place and I hope they continue to do business in Olney.

Got gas and car washed on this visit (both are next to each other at this station). At all the pumps, you can pump your own gas (there used to be 2 full-​service bays here, but I don’t see them anymore). The area to pump the gas is covered and at the bay, the machine almost always gives back a receipt if you use your card outside.
This particular location does have a store with a lot of snacks, drinks, food and an ATM too (didn’t visit on this trip). If you plan to get your car washed, after pumping gas, you can actually get a discount (it is not much but it is better than nothing). The car wash amount (with discount) is then added to your gas amount, and the good thing about it is that you have up to 30 days to get your car washed from that visit.
At the car wash, there are 2 lines of cars going in. You get 2 opportunities to see the pricing for the car wash itself before making a decision on what you want done. To me, the prices are high — (Choice # 1 — $ 26 for Deluxe In and Out; Choice # 2 — $ 20 for In and Out; Choice # 3 — $ 18 for Deluxe Outside; Choice # 4 — $ 12 for Outside), but I feel they do a good job of cleaning the car overall. Both Choice # 1 and # 2 includes your windows being cleaned and your interior being vacuumed.

To avoid lines for the car wash, go very early in the morning

Bobby Fletcher is known as a solid business man who runs a solid business and gives back to his community.
This place has car washes as well. I must say the car washes are a bit overpriced. I recently paid $ 18 to have my car cleaned only on the outside. The guys drying the cars always forget to get the spots on the mirrors, below the mirrors, and by the trunk ledge, so I always find dried wax sitting on there… very annoying.
The cashiers are also always friendly.

The main reason i come to Fletcher’s is not for gas or auto service but for their car wash. I am usually more than happy with the wash and being an onsite contractor, I like to keep a clean car at all times for myself and for my clients.
I recently discovered that Fletchers as an unlimited wash plan for $ 39-​$ 59 a month. $ 39/​month for deluxe exterior (or $ 18 per visit) or $ 59/​month for deluxe in and out (or $ 26/​visit). The value is incredible because I go at least once a week. Its amazing because I pass through the area often and I can take my car in whenever I think about it to get it fully cleaned up. Because I’m usually passing through during work hours, the line is never that bad and the guys take great care of my car.
As i said, generally the guys do a great job with vacuuming, wash and dry but occasionally they reoutinely miss spots like the top edge portion of your window, your trunk or even just scrubbing in between wheel spokes. I would say I never get the same wash every time, but it’s never an unsatisfactory job, I just wish it was a little more consistent from visit to visit.
Other than that, completely happy with the guys that run it and the great service I get every time. My car looks awesome all the time. Also, make sure to tip them at the end of the wash, all those guys work hard day in and day out and their jobs are totally weather permitting. Thanks again fletcher’s!

The service in the convenience store is good, gas usually isn’t the cheapest, however… FREE AIR. These people are golden, and I will send more business their way, because they offer free use of the air pump for their customers.

My Audi was leaking oil and I took my car in to Fletchers to get it fixed. I get a call from them saying that the entire oil pan has to be replaced. I told them that I would take it to the dealer for them to take a look at it for a second opinion. Fletchers charged money just to look at it. The dealer was able to fix it by just replacing the plug. I sent an email to the owner of Fletchers about the upsell on the oil pan. He did send a check to refund the money that they initially charged me. So you gotta watch yourself at this place.

Price on gas is high but it’s convenient having everything there. Car wash is great.

The guys at Fletcher’s are very helpful. They are patient when you have questions and attend to your car as soon as possible. Service was quick and thorough. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat! Thanks so much to Pat and the younger guys who were there too!

I love Fletcher’s. The car washes are a little on the expensive side, but it is worth is for the great, friendly customer service you receive. It is a family-​owned business that contributes a lot to the community. The deli is good as well. Fletcher’s has become a significant part of the Olney community, especially the light up message board. I go to Fletcher’s before I’ll go to any of the other three local gas stations

Stopped in for a bottle of water tonight, saw they had bottles of Cheerwine! This is one of the few places I’ve seen carry it, north of VA Beach, so yay for the random exciting find of the night.

Car wash is A-​OK only, they did not wipe the interior of the door side and the center gear console box. This was with the ultimate package, on a day with very few customers.

Most expensive gas in the area and most expensive mini mart. I left my car one time at 8am to get a belt replaced, came back at 4pm and they’d forgotten about it. Never again!

I love Fletcher’s. I’ve loved it since it was a tiny gas station, and now it’s a big, huge (for Olney, anyway) complex of auto repair and gasoline LOVE.

I personally do not go to Fletcher’s to interact with the Olney glitterati so much as I do for one simple reason: Green Mountain Hazelnut Cream coffee, friends. So good. It is always perfect. And the cream — real half & half — comes out of the cool machine that also dispenses milk if that’s your pleasure.
The breakfast sandwiches aren’t bad either — not a healthy choice, but if you’re coming to a gas station for nutrition? I just really can’t even discuss that with you. Otherwise, the snack shop is huge and has just about every convenience store beverage option that must exist in the universe, if I’m speaking expansively.
They sell ice cream and in the summer you can grab some and sit at one of the tables on the side of the building. And as far as all that car stuff goes, they have a full-​service car wash and a self-​serve «detailing center» that I really should hit up because my chariot, it is in need of some cleaning up. My mother gets her car serviced here on occasion and it sounds like they’re always helpful and efficient. I haven’t had any work done here for years.
Some of the same people work here who worked here when they had to sit in the little booth outside. Always friendly. And if you have a special event to recognize for someone in your life, inquire within: they’re always wishing someone a happy birthday or anniversary on the board out by Georgia Avenue. When my former boss got his name on the sign, he was quite overcome, poor man. Took a picture with it and everything.
But really, even if they weren’t so nice and such good citizens, I’d still come in for the coffee.
