Keep it moving — the staff is unfriendly, unaccommodating, and there is always a delay and rude exchange in arriving or planning to arrive to this office. Also unimpressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the Dr I met with — issues I have that they said they could not solve without outside referral or major in-​hospital surgery was done in-​office successfully by another doctor no problem. Would certainly recommend finding a different practice, poor experience for me.
Have never been to a doctor’s office where it is acceptable for front office staff to brush off patient’s requests and concerns, and where rudely hanging up on them after continuing to fail to resolve a patient’s needs is the status quo. Unreal that this is supposed to be a health provider’s office that exists for patients.
