I can’t rate the place itself, just the way they do/don’t their business: I keep trying to call them, but nobody ever answers the phone. So this morning I decided to drive by and check the place out. They are supposed to be open 7 days a week from 7am — 11pm. Well, that turned out to be for members only, and I am not yet a member. There is a note on the door that their business hours are only on Monday from 10−12pm. Monday is one of the days I can’t get there, at least not during that time. So am I out of luck? I would like to know what kind of equiment they have, what the prices for a membership are, what kind of contracts or long term comittment I have to sign etc. And then, if the place is open for members only during the other times, and members obviously have some kind of card to unlock the door, does that mean I would be exercising without any kind of supervision, coaching etc. That can’t be right. What if I fall or hurt myself, does it mean they would find me the following Monday? What if I use the machines incorrect, who would coach me and teach me how to do it right? I emailed the place, email came back undeliverable, I emailed corp office, email came back undelieverable. I called the sorp office number on the website: voice mail. Fitness studio especially for women? Can’t be, right?
