We specialize in coordination, balance, strength, and self esteem training for kids with and without special needs (abilities). We teach self defense Tae Kwon Do for kids and adults.

History

Established in 2000.

We began Tae Kwon Do classes for kids with or without special needs in the year 2000. Our membership has grown conservatively every year through a strong outreach to local elementary high schools in St. Louis County Mo.

Currently we have over 30 – 35 students 3 times a week coming in after school for training at the Olivette Community Center.

We participate in many external functions like «Autism Walks» «Autism Speaks» and other St Louis programs for kids who want to grow their skills in self-​control, balance, and coordination through Tae Kwon Do.

Ms. Cather, M. A, M.Ed.,

4^th Degree Black Belt

Ms. Cather is certified in the areas of Special Education (Behavior Disorder, Learning Disabled and Mental Retardation), Physical Education and Special Reading.

Ms. Cather has been teaching since 1992. The training that Ms. Cather has received over the years allows her to provide unique instruction to each student at his or her level by focusing on their individual strengths. The most unique talent that Ms Cather provides is that she possess the ability to motivate kids and parents which allows them to grow to their fullest potential as a family.
