This place is a joke they claim they want your business but in turn give you the business! Clarissa in Internet sales is rude, and the so called sales manager does not follow up and call back. I have dealt with this company in the past and said never again I guess I will learn that never means never!
Stay away from them and hopefully they will fade away.

Benjamin is a pretty decent salesman in a sea of well, salesmen… Ask for BJ!
I bought a car from him and he did everything that he said he would do and more. It required $ 500 + repair for me to be happy with my buy. He did it, I couldn’t believe it, still really don’t, but it was real, I promise…
Anyway, go buy a car from him… Something expensive and tell him that I sent you… 2008 Saturn Astra for my daughter. He should remember… :)

We purchased a 2011 ford explorer and 1 month after purchasing began having problems with the front wheel making a noise. Took vehicle back numerous times and the repairs ranged from a diagnostic of replacing the hub assembly numerous times to being told I needed to replace the tires (done) to being told the brake pads calipers would need to be replaced. They in turn replaced them and within 24 hours the brakes fell into the street while we were driving in traffic. Contacted Homer skelton Ford again in attempt to talk with the general mgr and was treated horribly by the general sales manager. He went as far as saying that he didn’t have to call a tow truck or get a rental car for us, even though the brakes were just installed by his mechanic jeopardizing our lives. Bottom line is we do not plan on buying another vehicle from them or bring our vehicles back to them for any type of repairs. We finally took it to another business where the mechanic figured out the problem and fixed. Thanks to the general manager and other key people at the Hyundai dealership for keeping it until they figured out what was wrong and fixed the problem.
Very disappointed in the Homer Skelton Ford managers for never apologizing for the inconvenience or the fact that the mechanic made a mistake and put lives in danger.

Tried to sell my Denali. Got a quote from them through USAA at $ 5,800 beating all other dealer quotes. When I got there for my appt they only offered $ 5,000. I know they are typical car salespersons. BUT. messing with VETS through USAA. THATS JUST WRONG! Never would I buy from these unethical thieves.

Robert Tidwell! You did a stupendous job! You’re responsible for the 2014 Ford Escape in my driveway. My mother had received an invitation from Mr. Chapman to visit the lot and check out the vehicles. We were headed out of town, but true to her word she’d visit upon our return to town. Mom had given up on the idea of getting a new car, but Robert was courteous, patient, and worked with her. What started as a courtesy visit to say thanks, but no thanks turned into a tour of the certified preowned cars. It was then that Robert asked «what kind of car are you looking for?» With a vague description, he showed her a vast selection of cars, but he had «the gift» of finding the «right car» at the «right price». The Finance Department took our old car as trade in and had all the «bells and whistles» (like the Sync feature for the Cell Phone) set up for Mom before we took possession of the car.

My encounter was odd. After dealing with their internet department I called and asked for a manager because the way this man spoke to me was unacceptable. Henry the manager was absolutely great and made me feel much better so I went down there. Only to feel like I wasn’t really worth their time. I ended up dealing with two different managers and three sales people. Only to have them call me the day I was going to pick up my vehicle and ask to push me back another day. Don’t salespeople normally beg you to come in? I ended up taking my extra day and found a vehicle at a different lot and purchase same day. They missed out because I refused to work around their schedules I’m the customer hello??? But other than that sales people were great manager was great time management obviously horrible.

While I am very happy with my Ford Product, the Service Department could not be more disappointing. My LAST experience was a scheduled appointment to replace a side view mirror. Originally I was told this would take an hour to complete. 2 hours later having heard nothing I walked out to the service drive where I was told everyone was in a meeting… Really? I literally stood there for 45 minutes for the advisor to come out and say…“We ordered the wrong mirror”…
I’ve waited on this review for a few days and I still cannot fathom how you have a returning customer, for a timed appointment, wait 2.5 hours before you even open the box for the part you told him would take an hour to replace! The fact I did not explode right there at that moment tells me I’m a pretty level headed customer. The fact no one has called me since about this incident tells me there is no oversight or accountability in the Service Department at Homer Skelton. Its also fact, I will never find my shadow on the premises again. Fooled me once with a 4 hour oil change, got me again with this mirror… You folks keep looking in that mirror cause I’m gone.
