I recently visited the store due to upgrade my phone. Scott in particular was extremely rude and pretty much called me a liar when looking at my plan.(In which I didn’t take lightly) considering we have been customers for 20+ years and I have not had very many problems until now. So I went to the Southaven location where I was in and out in 15 minutes with a new phone! I will now refuse to speak with anyone at this store unless it is with Anthony.

I’ve used this particular store to purchase my last three or four phones and I have been satisfied every time. I have no gripes with the store itself.(Do I have gripes with AT&T… a few, though even them I’ve gripe-free with for the most part.) Back to the store. They’ve always been very friendly, they’ve always kept their salesfloor very clean, it smells nice(don’t want to walk into a musty shop), and they have phones attached to the walls you can play on in case you’re not the one buying a phone and you have to wait around for someone else(that was partially a joke, but true). I’ve been content with this store up to this point. The only problem is that it very much follows the stereotypical«you walk in the door and are immediately bombarded with salesman after salesman constantly asking if they can help you with something? and would you like to make a purchase?» cliché. Besides that, good store.
