Holiday Inn Express & Suites Tampa Northwest-Oldsmar

Very comfortable hotel with a pretty good free breakfast in the morning. The price is right for the area and the location is great if you happen to have to stay in this area. This is not a tourist location by any means. We went for a funeral.

Caleb at the front desk is a professional as he is personable.
Upon my arrival I was shaken up from a rental car reservation and a conference call that was rapidly approaching.
Caleb checked me in and informed me that he would be baking fresh cookies. He called my room to inquire of my satisfaction on my accommodations, and that the cookies were ready.
I appreciate the extra time and effort that led to a comfortable stay.

Stayed here for a family reunion. Very nice for this level of hotel. The staff was excellent. Building was very clean. I loved that they had different room options for different needs — my uncle, for example, had a two bedroom unit with a kitchen and huge bathroom. It met his family’s needs perfectly. The hotel was within walking distance to at least three restaurants, so that was nice too. Would definitely stay there again.

Pissed off had been staying there for 5 weeks had reserved my favorite room for the next two weeks go to check in they had move me without my approval that I had already reserved, then go up to the new room that took over 4 hours to cool off!!! Will Not Go Back !!! Prices Changed Daily 1^st nite 93 $ tue 119 $ wed 128 $ Thursday 111 $, what kind of BS#%^¥£€!!! Is this. The free breakfast was fake eggs microwave bacon and straight out the can biscuits and gravy very disappointed. Save you vacation stay for somewhere else! Only reason I stayed do long is my company had a corporate account.

Chose this location over downtown Tampa and Clearwater due to location from training. Was pleased with the amount and quality of food within walking distance. The hotel was clean and fairly new and the staff was friendly.

I made reservation at this hotel for a conference happening at the Hotel. The conference was canceled and when I tried to cancel my reservation «1 month before time», I found out that they charged me for the whole 4 night stay with no refund. The cancelation policy is stated as below. The word deposit to me usually infers a low amount like $ 50 not the entire $ 562 charge. I called the Holiday Inn main number and even though I have been a priority club member for over 20 years and always try to stay at Holiday in express they were unwilling to refund my money. The manager at this hotel was willing to only charge me for one night which is $ 130 and refund the rest after I complained a lot. My fault I guess for not noticing the small print when booking «deposit for entire stay», but I guess I will never stay at Holiday Inn Express again. I feel cheated and tricked. One stupid mistake over hundreds of reservations and they still made me pay. So long Holiday Inn it was nice while it lasted.
Cancellation Policy: Must purchase at least 10 days in advance. A deposit for the entire stay is due at time of booking. Canceling your reservation or failing to arrive will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Taxes may apply.

Over all great experience. I travel all over the eastern US and stay at plenty of Holiday Inn Express. This one was pretty clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. Both days I over slept and miss breakfast but it’s all good. Just goes to show there beds are comfy

Just stayed here for 2 nights and I must say for the price its a great deal. Very clean, staff was great. Would stay here again for sure.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Oldsmar while visiting my sister in Safety Harbor FL. The staff was fantastic — very courteous and helpful. The rooms were clean and the complimentary breakfast outstanding. I would definitely stay here again and probably will the next time I’m in FL. I recommend them highly.

Great selection for our 4 day stay this month. The hotel is centrally located for the beautiful beaches near by, charming towns in the area, and fun in Tampa. Every member of the staff of this hotel that we encountered was helpful and friendly; management is very caring. Our room on the 3^rd floor was a «king suite»; sitting area with couch, nice LG tv, comfortable King bed, and a fridge that works well, coffee maker and microwave. a mini kitchen that we enjoyed! The breakfast offered each day is staffed by a lovely lady whose daily greetings make you glad you got out of bed. Basic breakfast, free with your stay, with lots of choices; eggs, fruit, yogurt, cereals, oatmeal packets tea, coffee and juices. They also have a good supply of those hot little HI cinnamon rolls! There are two nice computers and a printer in the lobby, available to all HI guests, and convenient for looking up local fun and printing boarding passes. In-​room internet was free, and worked well. The hotel was generally quiet, and we slept well. We will definitely stay here, next time we’re in the area.

Great staff, clean except for washer. Breakfast not as nice as others I’ve stayed at, but overall acceptable.

This is just a fantastic hotel! What else can I say? The staff is super friendly and the rooms are very clean. I have a lot of trouble finding hotels that do not use all of that perfume and carpet deoderizer on their properties. Know what I mean? Well, the rooms in this hotel are totally fragrance-​free. The best hotel experience I have ever had. Kudos to the management for their approach to providing such wonderful accomodations at completely reasonable prices. I will always return to this hotel when visiting the area again.
