With more than 16 years of experience in business operations. In 2012 I started my own consulting business.

After years of working for Corporate 500 companies, I wanted to bring my experience and skills and offer them to others. All businesses need help or experience hard times. I understand these issues and have the track record of saving over $ 250 million dollars in projects over a 16 year period.

A little about me, I am an executive with more than 16 years of experience in business operations. I have qualifications in Strategic Planning, Finance, Manufacturing, Lean, Quality Business Management, Business Unit Development, Product and Project Management, Contract negotiations, Union workforce management, as well as System Engineering Strategies.

Through excellent interpersonal and communication skills, I am able to build cross-​functional teams that lends itself to my participative leadership style. I have been recognized for my problem solving and technical skills, and constantly look for ways to improve quality performance and productivity.
