Nice, honest folks. Called them for a second opinion when we were told we needed (and were prepared to buy) a new air-​conditioning unit, and instead they said we only needed an inexpensive repair which they quickly took care of and which fixed the problem. Didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need and saved us thousands of dollars as a result.
