UPDATE: 4÷26÷16: After leaving several reviews online, I was contacted by the general manager who arranged for both my wheels and sides of the vehicle to be fixed at their expense by their body shop. Their body shop did a wonderful job. ORIGINALREVIEW: This is the first review of any service that I’ve left in my life, and in doing so, I hope to help prevent others from going through the same hassle and regret I’m going through currently. Two weeks ago, on a Saturday, I took my Corvette to Advantage Tire to have both rear tires replaced. When I picked the car up, the technician informed me they had scratched one of the rear rims and the company would pay for the damage. I looked at it and noted the scratch is very serious-it is a gouge that runs about a foot long around the perimeter of the rim. I understand mistakes happen, so as annoyed as I am about the inconvenience, this is not my problem with the company. The next time I drove the car, however, I noticed either side of the car’s lower sill panel was severely damaged. Specifically, the fiberglass body at the same spot on either side of the car looks like it has been«punched in.» I’m absolutely certain Advantage Tire caused this body damage because I’ve kept this car in pristine condition; this is my «baby.» Additionally, any reasonable person would agree it doesn’t seem possible for me to have hit something with the car that caused the exact same body damage at the same spot on either side of the car where a jack would go.(Also, I went back later and observed that the area on my car that is «punched in» is the width of Advantage’s jack.) I called Advantage Tire multiple times from Tues-Thurs of that week and emailed them and requested a call via their online«contact us» form to discuss the damage. Every time I called, I was told I needed to speak to a manager who was«never in» at the time I called(although many of my calls occurred at a time when I was told the manager would be in), and I was never contacted by them. Finally, I took a day off work and sat in their waiting room for over two hours until the manager was finally«in.» He looked at the damage, told me his technician said he did not do the damage and that he chooses to believe his employee. Both the manager and the technician believe I brought the car there with the body damage. However, the technician could not recall seeing this rather severe body damage prior to jacking the car up, and neither of them could offer any possible suggestion as to what else might have caused this unique body damage. I received a quote to fix the body damage of about $ 800(the rim was quoted at another $ 300), and the manager stated Advantage Tire will not pay for the body damage. I’m currently in the process of pursuing legal action, and as you may know, this is also quite a hassle. If I were you I would think twice about taking my car here for servicing.

Advantage tire is the BEST! I have used them many times and have always been impressed with their affordable, prompt and courteous service, but my last experience was truly incredible! As I was leaving for work I noticed that my babysitter’s tires were completely balled. Obviously I want both her and my children to be safe, so when I saw this I called Advantage Tires in a panic! The shop was completely slammed when I called, but you would never be able to tell from the service I received from James! He was so patient! I am embarrassed to say this but I didn’t really know how to find the size of the tires needed for the car. He could tell I was uncomfortable with it and he said not to worry, just email me a picture of the tire and I can figure it out. After emailing him the picture, he called me immediately and said he didn’t have the tires in stock. He could sense how uneasy I was. He told me not to worry he would have the tires couriered in so I wouldn’t have to schedule the service for a later date. He said I could bring the car in two hours. We went in at two hours on the dot and the tires we already there. They began working on the car right away! As if that wasn’t enough, I ordered four tires and he said I only needed 3. It is very hard to find a place that puts honesty above the almighty buck. I am very grateful to have found one! Thank you Advantage Tire! Your integrity and customer service is much appreciated! I can promise you two things. We will be your customers for life and will recommend you highly to anyone that will listen!!!

Kudos to this shop for quick service. I bought my tires from Tire Rack and they installed them in less than an hour. Very busy store, call ahead. I specially want to give a call out to Reshea, he’s the man. He has a fully ‘can do’ attitude and I recommend you seek him out. I definitely will be returning.
