I came in here once for an inspection. The entire staff was sitting in the waiting room eating donuts. I waited outside for 15 min until they were done. I don’t mind waiting, but I thought it was strange that the staff takes breaks where the customers usually sit and wait. My car failed inspection… I brought it elsewhere for a second opinion and I passed. Won’t be back Jackson’s! And I won’t be recommending you either. I go to Crawford’s in Bradley now. They are great. Go there instead.

Scam– undercoating is not a yearly process. Fails vehicle for uninspectable items and charges high rates to fix. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!
