Established in 2010.
Christina Burnham has been mediating disputes since 1996. Beginning at the Regional Family Trial Docket with the Connecticut Judicial system and in private practice since 2001, Attorney Burnham works with families to resolve custody, child support and property issues. Saybrook Mediation Service also provides a neutral forum for families to resolve issues for elders, including disposition of assets, living arrangements, and health planning.

A «reformed» attorney, Christina learned that litigation is usually not the best way to resolve family issues. She helps parties solve the puzzle of custody, property, and elder issues by mediating their disputes. With a law degree from the University of Connecticut and trained as a professional mediator and life coach, Christina brings her over 20 years of experience to the table to assist people in reconfiguring their families to move forward in a positive, dignified manner.
Admitted to the Connecticut Bar and the federal bar, Christina has litigated in Connecticut and U.S. District Court, Bankruptcy Court, various Probate Courts, and the Connecticut Appellate and Supreme Courts.
