Our family loves the food, and Tippy, the owner so much that we eat there several times a week. Great Thai food to a cheeseburger or sandwich. Whatever you fancy on any given day you can get it at Mindy K’s and it will be delicious. Love the Red Thai curry with Chicken or shrimp. My wife is a fan of the Pad Thai. Phở noodle is another favorite. They will spice up your food to your preference.
Don’t miss this little gem of a restaurant and make sure you say hi to Tippy!

This is the best place in this town. Diverse menu and lovely owners. The menu has a large variety of options from Thai to «very American». I really wish there were more places like this in the area. This is the only restaurant keeping this town labeled as a «black hole for food». The sandwiches are not in anyway «refined» but if you are not looking for a culinary experience and are just looking for some decent lunch, go here.
