The location and cleanliness of the bathrooms are really the only thing that I liked about this campground, The tent sites are practically right on top of each other. Not even kidding. ZERO privacy. Because of this, I had a bit of an issue with the neighbors. The smoke from my campfire was literally blowing right into there faces and there was nothing i could do about it. Our tents were so close together, even whispering was too loud for them. I have to agree with the other review on here, unless you like to go to bed at 8pm on a Friday night, this place is not for young adults like myself.

Stayed here for a few nights while camping in Maine. Staff was friendly and this is a great campground for families. However, the bathrooms were frequently closed for cleaning and there was no soap in the women’s bathroom. There is a trolley that brings you to the beach, which reminded us a lot of the Jersey Shore. Would recommend for families. Not a great place for young couples due to location and lack of privacy for tent sites. Used to camping in the Adirondacks, which is more secluded. Also, closest hiking trails are about an hour away
