As many reviewers have stated they first tried Enzo Riccobne because they had a groupon. I did too. I started coming about 3 years ago to have my hair hi-​lighted and cut. I go to a wonderful stylist name Sugy whom I love. I don’t think my hair has ever looked this good!
My daughter also comes here and has had Keratin treatments with Linda. She looks fantastic.
If you get a chance to try Enzo’s you will not regret it!

I read some great reviews on Unilocal and decided to give the salon on try on a Groupon. I am so glad I did! I’ve been back three times since for cut and color with Paula who is incredibly talented at both. She really understands my lifestyle and how to create the best look for me. I’ve been receiving compliments from everyone these days, and the salon itself is lovely, light and bright and a very enjoyable environment in a beautiful hotel. Prices are quite reasonable, too!

I went to the salon in June for the first time. They booked my appointment with Paula. She is an amazing colorist. She came highly recommended. Now everywhere I go people stop me and ask who did my color. She is a true artist and knows how to do Balayage. I will be definitely going back.

Huge shout out to Robert at Enzo! Robert gave me great advice and suggestions. He answered all my questions in a very professional and credible manner. Plus, he gave me the best haircut and style ever! i would highly recommend him.
The salon is located in the Hyatt Regency Hotel. Parking is complimentary for salon guests.
Salon is very nice and clean. I had a great experience!

once you’re groupon runs out you will find yourself in the back corner of the salon blow drying your own hair — not a good feeling — will never go back — totally humiliating experience at Enzo Riccobene Salon

I initially came here due to the Groupon and 2 years later, I’m still coming here. The stylists are very professional and lovely. Especially my wonderful stylist, Natalia. She is so positive & fun and I always leave with an amazing new look! Love love love this place!

Do not get a manicure here! My nails came out looking like a complete mess and the woman said they looked fine. I had to go somewhere else immediately after to get them redone. The woman also directly insulted me during the manicure. I will never be returning.

I definitely like the atmosphere of the salon. It’s very clean and has attentive staff so A+ for that. Now were my issue was is in the ability of the hair stylist to color hair. My highlights came out much too light and ashy when I requested dark and deep. (I even picked the color from the swatch).She made it lighter because she suggested it will look better but it wasn’t what I requested but went with it. I ended getting my hair done elsewhere to cover the highlights. Friendly service is great and appreciated but does not over power ability to color hair. I think just more training is necessary on coloring.

I came in to this place with a Groupon and my hair was cut and styled by Natalia. I did not experience any problems during my visit but when I returned home, I realized that the left side of my hair was longer than the right side. In addition, there were a few hairs that were not cut at all and were about 4 inches longer that the rest of my hair. I had to cut these at home on my own.

I’ve been going to Enzo’s for the last 10 years. I send all my friends there. It’s a wonderful experience. It’s located on the ground floor of the beautiful Hyatt hotel. Free valet parking is offered to all of Enzo’s clients. So I drive up they valet park my car and I proceed to walk through this peaceful lobby with skylights, beautiful foliage and a running stream through the middle. This is the backdrop of Enzo’s salon.
Once I enter the salon I am met by either Ricardo or Chandra at the front desk. They are both extremely professional, friendly and organized. It’s as if they see me before I arrive.
Dawn washes my hair and it’s an out of body experience. Her head massages are to die for. Dawn also makes the cappuccino’s. I’m not lying when I say it’s the best cappuccino I’ve ever had. If you get to know her and she knows what you like to drink she’ll have it ready before you even sit down. She’s unbelievable!
If I’m getting my hair colored I either go to Liz or Camille. Both are so friendly. When they’re finished my color is completely natural. No one would have a clue that I have a full head of gray hair!
Enzo cuts my hair. He’s amazing! I have short hair with lots of cowlicks. Once he cuts my hair it looks great everyday no matter how long I let it grow out before my next cut. I’ve sent several friends to him. One was so thrilled with her haircut she cried and hugged him when he was finished.
Lorna does my manicures and pedicures. I call her the pedicure queen! Her pedis last an hour. I get ingrown nails that are so painful and she removes them like a pro. I can get a pedi with Lorna at the beginning of the summer that will last for the entire season. Her manicures are just as wonderful.
Bottom line you can’t go wrong at Enzo’s!

I went to the salon today for the first time — had a Groupon. Natalia was my stylish and I could not have had a better experience. She and everyone there was super sweet. She asked what I wanted and was very careful to cut little by little and get feedback throughout so that I would walk out happy — and I sure did. Will definitely be going back. And the Hyatt lobby is so trendy and pretty — much better experience than heading to your typical hair salon!

I had a fantastic haircut at this salon today. Robert, my stylist was super nice & attentive. He took his time, asked me what I wanted and the end result was a fabulous cut & style! I highly recommend to anyone in the Westchester/​Connecticut area. I will definitely be back!

I have been there three times and the service become more and more disappointing. I paid 60 dollars but the hair stylist only spent 20 minutes to cut my hair. I will never come back again.

I went in to get highlights and left looking like a cheap 2cents street walker… and I have blonde hair naturally to begin with so this is pretty hard to do. Could have done a better job myself with hair dye from CVS. Debating asking them to fix it, but not sure if I want to put my hair in their hands again.

Place is lovely and I was greeted enthusiastically at the front desk. Technically good manicure and pedicure but the WORST polish job ever! I had to go elsewhere the following day to have it re-​done because I didn’t have the time on that day.

Worth every penny! Everything about this place is AWESOME… …especially my colorist, LAURA!
The salon is set back in a quaint location off a bright, open sitting area that features sofas, chairs and a bar tucked in a garden-​like setting in the middle of the hotel.
Front desk service is always friendly and willing to do whatever it takes to make you feel comfortable. Salon is clean, spacious and well decorated.
…And while I’m sure all of the people there are wonderful, I’ve only ever gone to LAURA for my color and I have never been disappointed. She is FANTASTIC!
She takes the time to discuss what outcome you want before diving in and «working her magic» and if you’ve seen what my hair looks like if I’ve gone too long without color you know magic is necessary!
She’s warm, friendly, funny, personable and accommodating. In fact, I called her last minute to see if she could fit in my friend for a blow out. Unfortunately (well, fortunately. cuz she’s that good) she was booked, but managed to work something out with one of her associates. My friend was in the salon in the less than 30 minutes and walked out looking even more beautiful an hour later!
This place has EVERYTHING you want in a salon… friendly, knowledgeable associates, pleasing atmosphere and above-​and-​beyond service!
Never been there before? This is one place that trying a new salon is worth taking the chance!

All services that I’ve experienced at this salon have been superb! Color with Laura, Cut, Blow-​Dry and Up-​Do with Anastasia, Manicure/​Pedicure with Lorna, Blow Dry with George, Facials with both Elena and Suzanne… And never forget the most important part… the shampoo with the amazing Dawn… close your eyes and get swept away to a peaceful and relaxing place. The staff is knowledgeable about their services, and about product. I appreciate that they will always guide you in the right direction for your needs when it comes to a new look. Try them out… you won’t regret it!
