This place has gone down hill FAST in the past 5 years. In the beginning, when the new owners took over, everything was good. They painted, hung up a few decorations in an attempt to make it look nicer and had a loyalty program. Too many washers are out of order. The water pressure in the washers that do work is terrible. I stopped going here after I spent 6.25 on the jumbo washer that barely got my clothes wet. I have found a new spot, and the first time I went there and took my clothes out of the wash they smelled CLEAN. I didn’t realize how bad this place was until I found a better spot.

This is a great place to do your laundry. It’s always clean, which is nice. I’ve been to some nasty laundromats. The machines are always working. And if one ever goes down, it’s fixed within a few days. There’s a drop-off service as well. If you’re hungry or thirsty, there’s a 7-Eleven, a pizza place, a deli, and a small liquor store right next door.

Claims to be «friendliest mat around!» But the attendants seem to be miserable. 10 quarters for a small load, convenient hours and location are why I come back.

Wifi has been down since Sandy(almost three months ago), even though the person who answered the phone today said they have it and it works. They won’t write receipts either, even when told that this is a reimbursable expense for a customer. Definitely not worth the 20 minute drive.

Great family run laundromat. Clean, open all hours of the day with late nights too. Very clean & the machines run well, most of the time. It seems that it’s never«super crowded», so there are usually plenty of machines to use. They also offer drop off service, which is nice. They also offer free Wi-Fi, NICE. There is a downfall… their staff. It seems that these unpleasant women have never worked in any kind of service industry. They don’t smile, barely interact, only when forced to. Never a «thank you» or «you’re welcome». Sad to see such a good place turn bad, because of a lousy staff. Not sure how many more visits I can tolerate with this terrible staff… before I look for somewhere new to launder my items.
