This is my number one HVAC company. As a Realtor I run into the need for HVAC services more than most and these guys always do a fantastic job at a competitive price and most importantly only recommend what is NEEDED. When a lot of other companies try and sell you everything available, it’s great to find quality technicians who know what it will take to fix the problem and stop at that.

I called because I had a leak from one of the hoses on my air conditioner. They told me there was a $ 39 service fee. I agreed to that. When the guys got to my house they said it was leaking water and that it wasn’t a big deal. The repairman tightened the bolt on the hose and said it may or may not stop leaking. When it came time to pay I anticipated a $ 39 bill but he showed me a $ 113.00 bill. He said that he had done the air conditioner tune-​up which I did not give him permission to do. I asked him about it and he shrugged his shoulders. I called the office and so far no one has called me back to resolve the issue. I will never use this company again.

I was in a jam as I sold my house and getting my furnace and A/​C serviced was a contingency with a very short time to close. I called seven different companies. A few didn’t answer, the others couldn’t be here for weeks.
Sommer Heating & Cooling returned my call promptly and had me scheduled for an appointment the next business day. They were fast, professional and well-​priced. I got exactly what I needed, when I needed it. Chad and Mike worked well as a team and were very friendly.

I happened to be in the right place at the right time to learn about Sommer Heating and Cooling. I’m glad I learned about them, and I thank the guy who turned me onto them every time I see him.
A Sommer tech came right out and looked at my AC, gave me a fair price on a new AC and furnace and had it installed ASAP. We got a great deal.
