In 2014 we had Built By Design finish our 1300 square foot basement. We had a rough idea for a design, and they helped flesh it out and had a lot of great ideas. We ended up getting a full bath, two bedrooms, and a huge great room built. I especially liked the fact that by default he used quality materials. Little things like metal clothes pole support brackets in the closets.
Dave was super easy to work with, he was ahead of schedule and very punctual, and his workers did a fantastic job. Highly recommended.

Our new basement is fantastic, walk-​out with a fantastic bar and a custom sandstone fireplace. They completed the project in less than 6 weeks, we were expecting two months. We are so thankful to have this space to entertain during the winter. Fantastic guys to work with too. Very communicative.
