Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Easy breezy oil change. Honest experience, in and out in 35 minutes (mid-​day on a Thursday). Josh was friendly, fast, and told me something to consider down the line. Would return here, and would recommend it too.

5 star+ service! I would recommend for anyone to go here. Great group of guys who know their stuff, never pushy and only recommend needed service. I got bent over after taking my vehicle to Blumenthal’s. Sean at Valvoline did more work, was in constant contact with me through the process, never did anything I didn’t ask of him, and charged me a fraction of the cost. Great service and genuinely friendly workers.

The customer service here was phenomenal! We came for a simple oil change… we pulled up into the drive way and realized that there were quite a few cars ahead of us, but before we could chicken out and leave someone came up to our window and explained there were five cars ahead of us but they were all oil changes which should go by quickly, probably about a 30 min wait. We are very patient people and can find enjoyment in the simplest things so we didn’t mind waiting, especially because my boyfriend knew if he didn’t get the oil change with me I probably wouldn’t go back and do it myself =) Anyways, are we were waiting someone would come update us about every 10 minutes about the status of our wait, even offered to turn on the TV, etc. When it was our turn for our car to be serviced, they found a couple issues we didn’t know about that we decided to get fixed. They were so apologetic about our wait time that they offered us a discount and explained that it doesn’t usually get that busy. Really awesome customer service… definitely going back for my next oil change (if I can remmember to get one done, hehe)
