I needed to find assistance to help get caught-​up with a college algebra course I was taking. I looked all over the internet trying to find someone to help and provide their services with in a business day. This website responded and quoted a price. I accepted and paid via PayPal; after those assignments were completed I called the owner, David Roth, and we made an agreement for him to provide his service again before 12−5−12. After paying via PayPal again he sent me a confirmation email which advised he would assist on 12−5−12 and he had me on his planner for that day. I didn’t hear from the company yesterday and now I can’t get a response through email.
I would not recommend this company to anyone because I have yet to receive the services for which I already paid. Communication is sub-​par, and being an internet tutoring company, I would expect a higher level of communication.
