Established in 2008.
Brent sought to bring the flavors of authentic Louisiana to the land-locked state of Oklahoma. His Cajun influences and background have spiced up the locals and also offer the freshest foods to our guests. The Shack is as close as you can get to having a Louisiana feel right here in Oklahoma City.

Business Owner
Brent was born and raised in Texas. Later, he moved to Louisiana where he perfected the art of Cajun Cuisine. Parting way with his family business, Brent brought to Oklahoma a taste of true Cajun cooking. He did not only spice up us Okies, but he brings only fresh seafood to a dry landlocked state.
