I worked with Caleb for two days through text before I was able to get to the showroom. Caleb was very busy but still made sure everyone was happy with their choice. He is an amazing asset to The Key and I have already recommended him to a friend and will continue to do so… Also Josh (sales manager) was very kind. I took my car in to get it detailed and he had them put a rush on it and then when they were done he took to fill it up.

OK so far so good. Came in and worked with Thomas. Got approved for ZERO down. On a 2013 Ford. Reminds me on our old BMW 325i. The look and this car has everything except leather. Hopefully I can keep a good review with this place. I felt NO pressure at all.

Sales guy was fast with the paperwork. I was in and out in an hour. The car is amazing that I got. HOWEVER, yesterday my paper tag expired and they still have not sent me my title in the mail as required by law. When questioned I was hung up on and lied to (I had already called the OTC to find out the status of my title).

Vehicles are extremely over priced. I understand that it’s a bad credit place, but all vehicles are priced $ 10,000+ over blue book value on top of the extremely high interest rates. Service was not good either. The sales person that help us had no knowledge of the inventory and brought out wrong keys to the vehicles we wanted to see. When we did get the right keys the vehicle was dead.
