Your website search engine needs a lot of work. If i cant browse your site and see what you have to offer without having to contact you then I am not going to use you at all. The one thing I love about being able to browse is that it is no pressure from a sales person. Come in to the present and make your site totally searchable for all property’s you can sell. Your customers will appreciate that and probably call after they become comfortable with your site. In other words if i am going to purchase anything of great value im going to search your company’s rep, website, sales, and you personnaly before i make that leap and contact you. In this day it pays to be careful. A fully«stocked» website is a must!

We’ve had a LOT of realtors, and I mean a lot. It seems we move every 4 – 5 years. In all that time we’ve never had someone like Stephani come along and take the time to explain every little detail we asked about, answer all our(probably) annoying calls for feedback from showings, and provide us with a very well-rounded experience where we walked away feeling like we were appreciated as customers. And that’s what we are when we go house shopping, customers. A lot of realtors make you think you’re a customer of the person selling the house but in reality that’s not the case. You’re a customer of the realtor, and it’s up to them to take good care of you by watching out for bad signs, home damage, crazy right-of-ways(Stephani caught one of those for us and saved us what could have been a lot of heartache), and other things you wouldn’t normally notice. They’re a second pair of eyes(or third, etc). Whether or not you care to admit it you depend on them to point things out based on their experience. Stephani showed up at every showing on time, walked the properties with us when we were looking, and stayed on top of anything new coming up for sale. She gave us daily emailed updates, calls about properties coming up, and she’d pull all the comparable houses in the area to make sure we weren’t getting suckered. When we finally settled on a house she spent most of the day with us in negotiation, going back and forth as many times as it took to come to an agreement without even batting an eye. Some realtors get tired after 2 «back and forth’s» but not her. We really appreciated this. Hmm, what else? She did point out once that we were offering way too much on a house in a neighborhood. We ended up walking away from one too, and she didn’t even get preturbed. She encouraged us to pick something we were happy with and didn’t push us to get something closed ASAP. If you’re looking for a house in the Oklahoma City area or any of the little ‘burbs around it, give her a call and interview with her. You’ll be glad you did.
