First thing — the baristas here have always been super friendly and fast. No matter when I have gone, I have always had wonderful service. In terms of customer service anyway. The problem always comes with my drink orders. Similar to no matter when I go I get great service, no matter when I go my drink tastes nothing like it should. I almost always get a flavored latte… going for caramel brulee during the holidays, and cinnamon dolce otherwise. Love them! Well, I love them at any other Starbucks. If I order them at this one, it just tastes like their basic latte. No flavoring. I went today to try the new smoked butterscotch latte. It has been some time since I have gone to this Starbucks and stopped by because it was on the way to my destination and I wasn’t thinking about how disappointed I am with the drinks here every time. So I ordered that new latte(the barista even confirmed the flavor with me after she gave me my bakery item), tried it a few minutes later… aaaand nothing. Just tasted like their basic latte. Again. If they are putting any of the flavors in there, it is so minuscule that it makes no difference. I don’t have this problem at any other Starbucks… just this one, and I don’t really understand why. I wish the quality of their drinks matched the level of their friendliness. I know I’m not getting the world’s best cup of coffee with Starbucks. But when I’m in the mood for a flavored latte, Starbucks is my choice since my favorite coffee place only does regular lattes. I’m just asking for my flavored latte to have the flavor I am paying for.

Definitely one of the BEST Starbuck’s in OKC. They have never gotten my order wrong, or forgotten to add sugar to my coffee(South OKC location), I’m always willing to make the drive to this one.

Wonderful customer service as always at The Saint Anthony’s Starbucks. Had: 2 Bottled orange juices 2 ham and cheese crossaints The OJ is probably the freshest best bottled OJ ever. The crossaints were good, but one piece of meat and cheese? Not worth $ 5.

The coffee, like any other Starbucks, is the same time and time again. I love it but then again, I spent a year in Seattle so I don’t feel like Starbucks is the monster corporation people act like it is. Anyway, this one was perfect. The beautiful red headed girl who took my order had the best smile on her face and was so friendly. Venti dark roast with soymilk is my jam. It came out quickly and hot, with a smile. It’s the most you can ask for from any Starbucks!

Easily the worst Starbucks in the metro. This is clearly the bargain bin of failed writing majors to rot away in. There much much better coffee and friendlier people literally across the street.

This Starbucks is closest to my house. It is a drive threw or walk to to the window only. The Starbucks at NW Exp & Independence is my favorite when I want to relax but this will do in a pinch. I usually order on my phone and go threw the drive threw to pick it up because the parking is not that great. They have limited space. The line can get very long threw the drive threw but they are pretty fast at whipping out drinks so it is usually not a hassle. Staff is always very friendly and I have never had a wrong order. Excellent job guys.

I love this location! They are located in the perfect proximity to my place of employment, so I can make it there and back on a break! They don’t have an indoor store here. There is a drive thru and a walk up window with a couple of little patio tables and chairs! During the summer this is a great spot to relax at with your coffee in the early mornings or evenings! With the hot Oklahoma summers… it kind of sucks mid-day, but the umbrellas help and keep it awesome if there is a breeze. Drive thru workers are amazing. I have an insanely specific drink that an ex Starbucks employee made for me and no one ever complains about making it and they always get it right! The line is usually very long in the mornings and around lunch time. Even still, they are super fast and it never takes too long! 3 o’clock lag is the perfect time to get your espresso on!

I want to give this Starbucks 5 stars for two very important reasons: 1) The baristas are always incredibly friendly and efficient 2) While very efficient, they have *never* messed up an order However, the actual spatial logistics(is that even a term?) of this location is a pretty big bummer, and why I am giving this location 4 stars instead. I’m still here more often that I’d like to admit… My pro tip is that you park in the lot sitting just behind Starbucks and use the walk up window to avoid the parking lot/drive-thru disaster.

The customer service at this location is exceptional! I went there on a cold day and ordered an iced white mocha. The cashier, Jake, was very considerate and offered to put a sleeve around the cup so that it wouldn’t be too cold for me to hold it. It seems like every time I come here, the service is above and beyond. They really go out of their way to make sure I’m happy with my drink. This starbucks is definitely one of my favorites to go to!

This should be my go-to Starbucks, but it is such a fubar location that sometimes I just keep driving. I think I’d prefer it if it were strictly walk up. The drive thru is just makes it a total zoo. Here’s the clusterbomb: The line for the drive thru is supposed to form on the south side of the building, and curve around to the window on the east, where you exit via the north exit. But because you can enter and exit from both north and west, sometimes there are two lines of cars vying for the same spot in line. To boot, if people have actually taken the initiative to park their cars to walk up and get their drinks, they could be trapped in their parking space and not able to get out. And that really, really makes you nuts, because the whole reason you got out of your car was so you wouldn’t be trapped in drive thru hell. So here’s my suggestion. Either make one in and one out, or scrap the whole concept of walk up + drive thru. I feel like they had to have anticipated these problems and kinda gave up. If they didn’t anticipate them, they should hire better site scouts and planners. Because a third grader with even a basic interest in matchbox cars could have told you this is whack. Or you could do walk up only and add some awnings and such: walk up with heat lamps for the winter and misters in the summer? Could encourage more cyclists, walkers and create more of a community feeling than aggressive drive thru shenanigans. Especially since Starbucks Coffee is Starbucks Coffee no matter how poor the planning, sometimes it is just easier to show myself the way to the next coffee bar.

What do you say about Starbucks? Blah counter helpers making ordinary coffee drinks. Well not this Starbucks! Granted they make the same java every other Starbucks makes. This location is just different somehow. I recently discovered this fantastic little drink called Passion Tea. Yummmmm. I love it. I crave it. The first time I tried Passion Tea I was at this particular location. I asked for it, then quickly changed my mind and asked for my regular latte. The cashier asked if I had tasted the tea and I admitted I hadn’t. She said that they’d be happy to make it for me and if I didn’t like it, they’d make my regular drink for me, free. Heck, how can I refuse that? I couldn’t loose. I don’t know exactly what it is about this fantastic drink, but I’m in love. Today I swung through the drive thru and ask for it lightly sweetened.(they use a syrups to sweeten so that you aren’t sucking up sugar granuals) This time the cashier told me that the venti comes with 6 pumps and would I like the full 6 or less. YES! Besides the fact that I love this tea, it has a fraction of the calories a latte has, even with all 6 pumps of sweetener. And, this location is my FAVE, FAVE, FAVE, cause they seem so interested in making sure I am happy with my drink, and as a customer. This location has a walk-up window, a patio, and a drive thru. Not a walk-in lobby.
