Expectations were exceeded today!
My Dyson of 7 years broke & needed a new part. After some YouTube research I narrowed it down to the clutch. Was planning on doing repair myself, called them first thing in the morning to see if they carried it.
Over the phone, he was so knowledgeable that he told me it just needed a simple belt, which is part of the clutch, but replacing the whole part is unnecessary. Also quoting me the cost for them to take care of it for me, and it will be ready by the end of today? Sold! The cost for my clutch repair, was cheaper than parts-​only price quote from other competitor in the metro.
Picked it up a few hours later working like new. He told me he also did a few adjustments so it’ll pick up more pet hair. Very pleased! Highly recommend for all your vacuum needs!
