Business Owner

Simon has degrees in both Accounting and Finance, is the Managing Broker, and owner of Simon Simon Real Estate. He started his career in public accounting, working for Ernst & Young LP as a corporate tax consultant while living in Dallas, TX. In 2010, He decided to move back to Oklahoma City, where he had grown up, to get into real estate by purchasing and rehabbing many of the available REO, HUD, and Fannie Mae foreclosures that were flooding the real estate market. He and his partners created a real estate brokerage to gain a competitive advantage for themselves on these properties by having better access to market information. After years of analyzing areas and neighborhoods within Oklahoma City, his friends and family started asking him to help them find homes based on his knowledge. After much success, he decided to focus and grow the client services business. He has kept his company small to focus on what he feels is most important; the client and their investment, not sales.
