Quickfix are crooks.
OK, so here’s my story about my troubles with Quickfix.
Two years ago, I had a custom computer built, and it relatively well, some what speedy service, quality control was poor, but not horrible. Overall I was satisfied.
However, for the past five months I have had reoccurring problems with their service. My computer started overheating and crashing I bought the necessary hardware and took the computer in to get serviced. They took four months the first time I took it in because they said «the motherboard fried, and we had to RMA it to Asus. I was OK with that, as long as everything was working properly, however here’s the catch. I looked at the motherboard, it is the same one, ASUS sent them a replacement and they kept it. Yep, they literally stole my $ 400 peice of hardware. (Just FYI the motherboard works and worked just fine). So, I took it in to Geek Squad, from their updated information they informed me that the hardware was actually never assembled properly and nearly damaged a $ 600 processor with pictures to prove it. Furthermore, countless dings and scratches were found on my $ 300 computer case along with missing peices and hardware.
So yeah, I paid $ 150 and waited for five months for a «still broken» computer.
In conclusion, Quickfix lied, stole and broke my computer. I would never ever recommend their service. If you value your personal property I suggest you stay away from this company.

After leaving my last review, Ryan contacted me.
He was concerned with the status I was left in and really wanted to help get my phone back to ‘normal’.
We discussed the options available. Once the option was picked, Ryan really went above and beyond to fix the issues that my phone had.
My phone is back! It is like it was before the screen was originally cracked! *happy*dance*

I feel so bad I have to edit my actually very-​well articulated review, but alas, reality calls. First of all, this place is great in the sense that I came in with my iPhone screen needing replacement and they had replaced in an hour — AWESOME SAUCE. It’s as if my phone never was so sad and cracked. I paid $ 100 for the replacement plus $ 20 for the extra protection layer. The Apple Store charges $ 138, so it is less expensive than that. The person working there was super nice as well.
But I had to lower my stars just because it was the next day that I noticed the extra layer on my phone had a little crack. It was only in my purse and had not dropped, so I guess something just touched it and it cracked easily? I don’t know, but I peeled the screen off.
Then I actually dropped my phone (AGAIN) after that, which of course has nothing to do with the business, except that it cracked pretty badly, and usually with the original iPhone screen, I can drop it like 20 times, and nothing happens. Of course, who knows — it could be that it needs to drop a certain way, and it wasn’t the quality of the Quick Fix screen vs. iPhone’s original screen.
This is just to relay my experience. If you don’t drop your phone a lot, I would say def. get the screen replacement here because it is less expensive and at a very friendly shop. I probably could have done back and maybe they would have even replaced it again for free or something. But I was lazy and didn’t want to chance it, so I just went to the Apple store (which actually replaces your screen in an hour as well — interestingly enough), and then bought this case that says it will protect your phone by drops from up to 13 feet or something. Anyhow, this store does more than just replace phone screens, and I like I said, I feel bad editing my experience because it was probably all my fault and not the quality of screen (s), and they were really nice to call and thank me for my nice review, but alas, I feel I should update my experience. I had my iPhone 5 screen fixed and it was done in less than 2 hours. Clean job and fast!

My iPhone 5 was no longer holding a charge for more than 3 hours, being that I was from out of town I called ahead to see if this could be taken care of while I wait and I was told yes. Arrived shortly after, noticed a sub shop next door, so grabbed some lunch. When I returned phone was done. It’s been 3 days and the phone is operating a 1000 percent better

This is my story at quickfix. I actually went to that place three times to get my phone fixed and they did a terrible job.
I have an iphone 3gs, and it appeared a yellow screen and can’t be turned on for some reason. So, I take my iphone there and let them check it out. Those people told me it’s a LCD problem and quoted me bout 80 bucks to fix it. It took them about 40 mins to do the job. My iphone didnt last a day till the same problem appeared! So, I brought my iphone there again and they made my phone working. About six month after that, my phone died on me while I was messing with it. So I took it there and let those people give it a shot. They told me it’s also a LCD problem and they had no intention to fix my phone, but to push me to get a refurbished iphone from them.
I waited two days and told that their shipment didn’t come and let me wait another day. Finally, I lost my patient with them and got my phone fixed somewhere else. It turned out not a LCD problem at all. This place is a joke. They didn’t even know what they are doing.

I dropped my iphone and totally shattered it the night before I had to start driving (moving to Florida). I tried 3 other places first hoping to get a quick repair for not too much. I almost forked out $ 300 to have my screen replace but tried quick fix first. In spite of the shards of glass everywhere, the gave me a really good deal and had my phone looking and working like it was brand new in 20 minutes. The staff was really friendly and professional too. Definitely wouldn’t take my tech stuff anywhere else!

I hope you think twice before you go here. If you look at the pictures I’ve submitted, this is the type of work they do. They don’t even put screws back in the same place! They stole GPUs from systems I’ve taken to them and have cost us 100’s of dollars in damage that we’ve now had to take care of. It’s best to take your expensive equipment somewhere else besides these guys.
I’m currently filing a lawsuit for them for deceptive trade practices and damage to property. Their website doesn’t work anymore and all around, these guys are a complete joke. I’m a real customer and have receipts to prove it as well as pictures.
