Our founder, Pam Fountain-Wilks, has a passion for our state and its success. In 1998, Pam decided to use her passion to help businesses in our state grow. She began reaching out to top engineers, captivating their interest in companies where their talents would flourish, and at the same time, supporting the growth of those businesses and our state economy. Since then, Pam has consistently recruited professionals into her own business who share her passion, and has added new specialties, such as IT, Accounting and HR.
Our mission is to understand your story, and identify the common threads that naturally weave together, helping Oklahoma businesses and professionals become partners in a successful future.

Business Owner
Pam Fountain-Wilks started her career in the staffing industry in 1990 and worked in two leading national firms before starting her own business. In November of 1998, Fountain-Wilks founded Principal Technologies with the sole focus of becoming the premier staffing agency in Oklahoma City, and has served as the Owner and President since that time.
Fountain-Wilks won the 2012 HR Legend Award (OK HR Society), in addition to being honored among the 2013 Oklahoma’s Most Admired CEOs (Journal Record). She was also honored as the 2013 Oklahoma SBA Small Business Person of the Year.
Pam has served on the board of four separate non-profit entities, and regularly volunteers her time with Rebuild Together, Infant Crisis Services, OK Arts Festival and Crossings Community Church.
