Hail damage to my Mercedes,
Had i known the experience would be stress free and simple i would have done it sooner.
they waved my $ 500 deductible and put me in a FREE rental car while my car was getting fixed.
i will never go anywhere else for body work again.
My car needed PDR and new paint. total time was less than two weeks (painting takes a little bit more time) they handled everything with Statefarm and even kept in contact with me with the status of my car.
the end result looks AMAZING even better than when i bought it.

I had hail damage on my 2012 yukon xl and my daughters 2005 mustang convertible. I Have never had hail damage before so I was very new to the process. I called One Touch and talked to Megan and she walked me through the whole thing. I dropped my Yukon off first and it was done about 7 days later. They did a great job getting every single hail ding out and even took some door dings out plus detailed it when I picked it up. Then about 2 weeks later took in the Mustang. That took longer bc it required painting. Overall they did a great job. I did not get a «loaner» car from them, I went through Enterprise instead!
