Meet the Business Owner

Avis Scaramucci S.

Business Owner

A life-long epicurean, Avis began cooking at an early age. She added to her education in the kitchen of her University of Oklahoma sorority house, but the greatest influence was to be her mother-in– law, Ilene Scaramucci. Today, her love for food has not only helped form a successful restaurant, it has begun an agricultural venture — Cedar Spring Farms. Cedar Spring is a greenhouse operation owned by her and her husband, Phil, to supply fresh produce to Nonna’s.
