Masquerade Costumes & Tuxedo Rental

So… I needed to buy some face paint for a short notice event I was asked to help out with. I figured if I ordered online it might not get shipped in time.
Masquerade opens at 10AM and I was out running errands. I knew about them because they have been around since I was a kid… my school (which wasn’t even in OKC) rented costumes from them for theatre productions.
First, I tried to go to one of those «Halloween Superstore» places and received some really crappy customer service and almost walked out the door with bottom-​of-​the-​line makeups, because I was in a hurry. Since it took 45 minutes to navigate the mega-​store (because none of it was organized) I decided to return it on the spot and go to Masquerade when they opened. I AM SO GLAD I DID THIS!
The owners had exactly what I needed and it is safe for children (the other place had tons of warnings and some could not even be used on certain parts of the face… I mean…“face” paint that can’t go on the face?) Also there was not much difference in price so I really did not spend more money than I would have on the crappy stuff.
Very glad I went with my gut and shopped at Masquerade for my last minute makeup/​facepaint/​bodypaint needs.

Latest news about the owners of Masquerade Costume, finding money in a pocket from a costume rented by a business owner… and giving it back to him… very honest and very good karma goes to them! Wish them more business in the future!

Nice shop. Friendly people. Not the biggest selection though for true masquerade masks, but tons of other costumes.
