Buthion Brothers B.

Business Owner

Brother’s Alain and Michel Buthion will always have the culinary roots firmly planted in their own country of France. Since settling in Oklahoma City during the 1980’s, they’ve put down firm roots here in Oklahoma City’s everchanging culinary lanscape, first by opening La Baguette Bistro in 1988, along with other ventures, they recently added to the list of culinary accomplishments their signature restaurant «La Baguette Restaurant» and XO Lounge, located in the historic Colcord Hotel. Their longtime friends and associates from La Baguette Bakery in Norman, OK who started the original bakery in 1984 remain their main supplier of all the bakery goods that La Baguette is so well known for. As the years go by, the opportunity to expand has created the Deli Retail section and now the «Boucherie», Meat Market, created in the memory of their father’s butcher shop. The brothers are proud to consider themselves a «fusion» of french and american culture.
