Jamie (the owner of Haleys carpet) came out to take measurements on our house and show us carpet samples in our price budget. The same day we decided which one was our favorite, she quickly provided us a bid, worked with us on pricing and even upgraded our carpet pad for free! Since the carpet we chose was in stock, the Haleys carpet team installed our new carpet throughout our home the very next day! It looks and feels amazing, thank you Haleys carpet!

Don’t use these them if you want quality work and good customer service. We just had the carpet replaced in our home and noticed after installation that there are chips in the newly painted walls just above the baseboards in the master bedroom. When I called the office and spoke to a women can’t remember her name, but she sounds like a two-pack-a-day smoker, said, «everyone should expect to touch-up paint after installation» and laughed. No, you shouldn’t «expect to have to touch up after installation.» It is possible to install carpet and leave the walls as they were before.
Their prices are great. Just remember you get what you pay for.
