DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER! Bought a new home and signed a three year contract with them. Due to my job, I had to relocate to California and new place will be a rental with existing alarm service. Two years into the contract I have to sell the new home. They won’t let me out of the contract so I’m stuck paying for service to a house I don’t own. Salesperson will sweet talk you into anything but will not budge on any issues. Spoke to person of authority to no use and she basically mention this is standard practice all over the US. TERRIBLE Customer Service. WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE
