Four Points by Sheraton Oklahoma City Quail Springs

Needed a room in the area at the last minute. Best price was at Four Points so we took a chance. For the money, our stay was mostly adequate but not spectacular. We’ve stayed at other Four Points before and been impressed, but this location is steeped in mediocrity. BEST PART OF OUR STAY: Jeanine the bartender in the lobby bar. Her fun stories and easy smile make her a natural to gather strangers into conversation and make sure everyone has a pleasant time. She’s the perfect person for that job.

My fiancé practically lives here while he works on a project in OKC. I came to visit for the weekend, and I this place majorly bummed me out. They have small crappy TVs in the rooms that you could buy for 100 bucks at Walmart. No amenities worth having. The grounds were covered in cigarette butts, and people were out side smoking right in front of the entrance. The bed was one of the most uncomfortable I have ever experienced in any hotel. The linens were very stiff and starchy, and you sink completely into the polyester pillows. The wall air conditioning unit is very loud, and makes a rattling noise. You can hear every little thing outside. The décor has no cheer to it; it’s very sparse and ugly. I was so uncomfortable in the bed that I barely got any sleep. The maid was playing some really loud and annoying music outside in the morning while cleaning the rooms. The bathroom was super tiny and the shower floor creaked really badly when you stepped on it. The towels were very small, CHEAP, and threadbare. Ugh. I was very unhappy with the overall experience.

Great stay! Warm and friendly atmosphere! Rooms were very clean and comfortable. We will be back!

This is a poor choice for business travelers, or anyone really. I stayed at the Four Points in the middle of the week. I can’t recall the exact price, but I believe it was around $ 115 for the night. For this, I received a small room with a small TV, a free bottle of water, and some of the worst hotel towels I’ve encountered. As I was here one night I didn’t encounter that many employees, but the ones I did deal with were friendly.
I did not partake of the free breakfast, but it was a typical hotel hot breakfast bar. The shower was a decent size but clearly made from cheap materials. Additionally, this place has the shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel in dispensers on the wall, which i hate. And, as noted above, the towels were small and essentially non-​absorbent. The closet was very small as well. If you were in town for a week long work trip, you would be in trouble with this closet.
The bed was decent, I’ve had much better but also slept on worse in hotel rooms. There is a decent work space. I could not get the room completely dark, or close to it. The shade on the window would not cover the window completely, allowing light to come into the room through the night. This was incredibly annoying, as my room faced the front parking lot, which was lit the entire night. It was one of, if not the worst, designed shades on a hotel window I’ve encountered.
I would not stay at this hotel again for half the price, much less $ 100+. I will say my room was clean, as was the bathroom. The cleanliness and friendliness of the employees I encountered saved this place from a 1 star review.

This is your typical Four Points hotel with free wifi and shampoo/​conditioner/​shower gel mounted to the wall. There is free parking at this location. I should forewarn this hotel is right along a toll road, so if you don’t have a toll pass on your rental car, you’ve been warned! Some of the toll road exits (like May street) only take coins or a toll pass, so beware!
At first, I was VERY excited about my room. There was a Jacuzzi big enough for two people! The room was spacious with a lounge chair, armoire, etc. The furniture was your typical Four Points furniture. I’ve had larger rooms at the Houston Hobby Airport location, but that’s because they have a lot of suites.
Just before I went to bed, I wanted to take a shower. The shower did not work. I spent 15 minutes trying to get the shower to work and couldn’t. Finally I called the front desk. They had one king-​bed room left on hold; the front desk guy said he’d deliver a new key «soon.» He was apologetic about the broken shower and was really nice.
I had to wait over 30 minutes. I suppose he was the only front desk person. I had the front desk guy also test the shower, and he confirmed the shower wasn’t working. He said, «The maintenance guy said it was working, but it’s obviously not.» For this, I have to give two stars because maintenance should not have cleared the room as fully working if it wasn’t. Here’s a breakdown of my receipt:

That’s not too bad, considering breakfast was included. I should note no Four Points hotel gives an outright free breakfast, even to platinum SPG members. Even at the platinum level, you had to choose between points or free breakfast. Had there been a working shower, I would’ve given a higher rating!

Nice hotel, terrible breakfast.
We stayed a few days at this hotel on our cross country trip. This Four points was your typical nice airport hotel. Clean rooms that were fairly large, good albeit noisy a/​c, and comfy beds. Great location for the airport, but if you are spending most of your time downtown you could get closer. Traffic does get heavy during rush hours.
One of the downsides was the breakfast. If you were not at breakfast very early more than half of the items (including bread one day) were either out or on their last legs. Very unappetizing and our of character for a Four Points. Overall the hotel appeared to be understaffed.
We would stay elsewhere on our next visit.

It’s fairly new so I was surprised to see so many carpet stains in the halls and even in the room. Indoor swimming pool was cool for the kids but they quickly lost interest. The rooms seem to be missing something. The furniture is placed haphazardly with a bunch of wasted space. I think they are trying to go the hip route but instead it just feels cheap. Would probably try a different place next time.

This is one of the nicest Four Points properties I’ve ever visited– even better than some Sheratons. I’ve unfortunately had to drop this property 2 stars since I rely on the Internet to work and this impacted me severely. My iPhone hotspot or Wes Welkers had more reliable internet.
The staff was warm, welcoming and very accommodating (we checked in early and were upgraded). Our room had a wood entry, microwave, fridge and massive jacuzzi tub, with very nice and modern bathroom. Bedding was updated/​new and the hotel in general was in great shape.
The location is also fantastic, with countless nearby restaurants and walking distance to an upscale mall, complete with large/​new movie theater.

My husband and I relocated from Wisconsin To Oklahoma city for a new job. The relocation department arranged our stay at Four Points until our housing was available. When arrived my husband told the front desk 2 adults and 2 dogs. They told him pets were not allowed. My husband showed them the confirmation from the relocation department that pets were allowed. They said only service animals. Now our pets are combined 18.2 pounds. They allowed us to stay and asked us to keep confirmation email from relocation department which received from
. They asked us since no pets were allowed to use the side doors which we did so. We contacted the relocation department right away and let them know. She said she would contact them. The next morning we spoke with the front desk and we got the clear to stay there and was told it was fine. Then the next morning I got a harassing phone call from the front desk. I explained the situation and what we were told. She kept harassing me. Then I called my husband who had to start his job and he called the relocation company and let them know what was going on. Then I spoke with the manager who should of been understand and tried to make me feel welcomed which he did complete opposite. He said we cost them lost of revenue and that they would charge us for damages. There were no damages and we took video. He basically said that it was policy for dogs not to be there. I explained I understood but we were told it was OK and now I am feeling unwelcome and I had to hide in my room. Upon checking out the manager and general manager basically told us that the relocation company or
was playing games with them… My husband and I told them this was not our fault as we were following directions from the relocation department. If they had a issue they should directly handle this through them since it was a corporate third party reservation made for us. I felt so stressed out and upset I was in tears packing up and had to move hotels for one night. This hotel has horrible customer service as well. Also when we checked in we were told breakfast was included at 630 – 10 am and when we went down for breakfast we were told we had to pay. It seems that no one at this hotel is customer service friendly in any department. I would strongly suggest not to stay there. on a last note when called to file complaint of the treatment towards me they would not take it because the reservation was under my husband’s name and not mine even thought I stayed in the room.

This was my first time staying at this hotel and this side of town in Oklahoma City. The area was great as you have several restaurants and malls nearby.
The rate was competitive for the area and amenities of the hotel. The room was fully stocked with towels and toiletries.
The ceilings must be then because overnight we could hear the walking from people above. It became annoying after some time.
Room service was decent. It arrived awhile after the expected time which began to concern me. I was told that they got busy after I called. I ordered the hot wings as well as the steak. They did not bring a steak knife or sauce. The side was steamed vegetables, salad, and potatoes. The potatoes were a bit garlicky. The salad was good, but I did not eat the vegetables due to no flavor. The wings were good. Drink variety was limited so I only had a Coke.
The workers were nice and prompt. I would stay again but would be concerned about these things.

One night stay for $ 139…sub par for the Northwest OKC area. Hotel did not have tubs available at this rate, only provided two bath towels and the bath room had a cheap sliding door and no exhaust fan! All the drinking glasses were plastic disposable and room service only stayed open until 10:30. When we ordered breakfast (a Belgian Waffle with Strawberries and whipped cream) it was served cold, soggy and without berries or whipped cream. They were good about crediting the return but admitted they didn’t even stock berries although their menu offered it. Not like any Sheraton I’ve ever stayed with… they need to pick up the pace and amenities.

We had high hopes for this hotel, based on appearances, but we’re quickly disappointed by the HORRIBLE housekeepers and lackadaisical management. When cleaning rooms, the maids remove all the dirty sheets, towels, and trash, then leave them in the hallway for another worker to come by and pick-​up. This would be fine if the dirty laundry was picked-​up immediately, but it wasn’t, and often remained in the hallways for SEVERAL hours. One day, I guess someone went home early, and dirty linens were left strewn in the hall ALL day, and overnight. During our four-​day stay, our room was only vacuumed once (our last day, no less), even with obviously visible crumbs and trash on the floor. The list goes on and on…

Stayed one night on business. Clean and new. Staff was helpful, but some weren’t so happy to be there. My in-​room coffee maker didn’t work and my shampoo dispenser was empty. Everything else was Ok.

Very comfy beds and the people are super sweet. Although I think the bar should be open longer than 10pm

Located on the north side of town (just west of the Quail Springs Mall), this Four Points has a good location — lots of restaurants and retail nearby.
It is a new, modern Four Points — almost like an aloft or Element hotel in the Starwood chain — not like some of the Four Points which are just old hotels that were rebranded by Starwood and placed at the bottom of the brand-​chain.
In my two times of staying here, I have noted cheap rates and specials which include 2 free drinks at their bar. Staff is super friendly both times I have been here.

The staff wasn’t friendly and seemed to lack training, except for one lady. The TV stations kept going out and they had to reload the channels mulitple times. The cleaning ladies were rude. The crew for the morning breakfast were always absent. I had to hunt them down to get a glass of water and pay for the bill.
