Waited over an hour on my new patient visit past my appointment time after arriving fifteen minutes early. Asked three times for an email address after the receptionist insisted on faxing the new patient info. Treated me like dirt when she didn’t have the new patient info on my arrival. The fax included a Hipa acknowledgement but I had to ask the receptionist for it. Receptionists were complaining about other late patients. After I didn’t see the doctor an hour after my appointment I left and flagged the copay through my credit card company.
