First Fidelity Bank

I’ve banked here for 17 years. That should probably tell you something. When you talk about shopping local, you should definitely consider your bank!
I could have moved to a bigger bank, and sometimes that would have made more sense… more ATMs, access to technology like Mint, things like that could have been helpful, but I didn’t want to leave my bank.
I have had a checking account here for ages, and I’ve always had good experiences. I’ve enjoyed all the interactions I’ve had with the people who work here, and for a small bank they offer a good website. More importantly to me, I can always access a real, local person within a few moments of dialing the phone number. I’m always able to easily get what I need from the person on the other end of the line.
The branches are always nice, and all the 7 – 11 ATMs around OKC are free. If you need to use an ATM where there aren’t any, you can fill out a form and have fees reimbursed.
