Fabric, Trims & More has one of the largest selections of fabric & decorative trims in the Oklahoma City area. We welcome interior designers and decorators to bring their clients and you’ll be sure to find what you need in a beautiful and inspiring atmosphere.

History

Established in 1992.

As a mother of four daughters I began sewing when they were small. What started out as a necessity, quickly grew into my own line of children’s clothing called «Monique Children’s Clothing». The business grew and I was able to stay home with my children as well. By the time I became pregnant with our fourth daughter, I decided to shut my business down in order to focus on her until she started school.

When I started my business back up it shifted into interiors and draperies. In 1998 I did my first show home in «The Rivendell Street of Dreams» and I’ve been trying to catch my breath ever since.

On June 16, 2014 I opened a small storefront at 8013 S. Western Ave. We carry Bella Rose bedding, fabrics, lining, pillow inserts, decorative trims and home accessories.

Within four months the store tripled in size and was voted a finalist in The Moore/​S. Okc’s Best Home Furnishings! Consider this your personal invitation to shop with us at Fabric, Trims & More.

Necessity is the mother of invention, as the old saying goes, in the case of Debbie Westman necessity led the mother of four daughters down the path to a successful interior design business. «With four daughters I had to learn how to sew» laughs Westman She had a knack for it as it turned out and other parents were quick to enlist her tailoring talents for various projects.

Despite her nifty needlework the life of a seamstress was not Westman’s calling. When her youngest daughter started school, Westman switched her focus to interior design and Designs by Debbie Inc. was in business.
