Established in 1999.

Prior to getting a real estate license I was a mortgage loan officer. I started my real estate career in March 1999 and opened my own company in February 2005. We work closely with the City of Oklahoma City in the Neighborhood Revitalization Strategy Area (NRSA) in developing low income housing and educating first time home buyers. We provide State of Oklahoma approved counseling at no charge. We are also certified home educators and counselors and our course includes foreclosure prevention.

Business Owner

As a former military officer I served with the 552 Airborne Warning and Control Squadron (AWACS) at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma. I hold a Masters in Human Resource Management and Masters of Business Administration. From 1994 to 1999 I worked as a Senior Loan Officer developing skills in residential and commercial lending. In March 1999 acquired a real estate license and worked with two major franchises before opening my own company in 2005. Since the inception of Bean and Dunn Real Estate, we have partnered with Oklahoma Home Education Agency to provide counseling and classroom instruction for potential new home owners. We contracted with the Counsel of Neighborhoods to originate education programs for low income home buyers in the Neighborhood Revitalization Strategy Area (NRSA). After two years we completed and sold 10 new homes and educated over 1000 students. Bean & Dunn Real Estate recently added a property management division and we are expanding our area of coverage.
