History

Established in 1971.

Family owned and operated with over 312 years of combined staff employed year round. David and Diane Ecker started with boats as a teen in the family garage and then continued to build and grow. In 1971, David and Diane decided and started the business from the ground up. The location started as a gas filing station on 10^th street and now sprawls over five acres on the north and south sides of 10^th Street. Year over year, David’s Sport Center has won the highest awards for CSI, largest dealer of the district, regional and nationally for the best brands in the boating industry.
