Amazing hotel and service. Best location ever, just a couple blocks from the stadium.
Met and exceeded all my expectations! Must stay here when in OKC.

You would be hard pressed to beat the Colcord experience… even spending considerable more money! This is my «go-​too» place anytime I am in the area…

Just came from a Junior League event that was here, and want to go back! For starters, I love a good hotel, with retro throwbacks, mixed with modern style. Everything from the food to the service was on point this evening. I was so impressed with their spread of yummy bites — that included popcorn with bacon salt (yes, bacon salt), and Cajun spices, to name a few. Their antipasto tray had the thickest salami I’ve ever seen! It was savory and soo good.
Being at the Colcord, and seeing the festive holiday lights made me desperately want to renew my wedding vows, haha. There’s so many wonderful views of the surrounding downtown Okie area you get.
I’m trying to find an excuse for my husband and I to go back!

Stay here whenever I’m in town. Just got home from spending the weekend at the Colcord and it couldn’t have been better. Had reservations and my girlfriend and I showed up from a bike ride we had been on that morning. They stored the bikes for us for the weekend, staff is great and very courteous. Showed up early and they got our room ready while we waited in the lobby. Coffee delivered to our room the next morning at the designated time. Gave the valet our number when checked out and went to breakfast. The car was waiting with the luggage loaded along with our bikes. Love these guys and can’t wait to come back.

Stayed here for a couple of days while on business. It is a beautiful Historic Hotel with exceptional service. The rooms are huge! It is nicely situated across from the Botanical Gardens and only couple blocks walk from Bricktown which has the Dodgers AAA farm club and since I am from SoCal and a die hard Dodger fan that was the icing on the cake.
Also while I was there my husband surprised me with flowers in my room. Thank you to Patrice the hotel operator/​concierge for assisting my husband in that endeavor. I am forever appreciative.
Lastly the hotel restaurant/​bar… Flint… was delicious! Thank you to Hunter and Tristan for your company and amazing service!
I look forward to staying here in the future on more business trips and with my family.

My wife is staying there and I wanted to surprise her with flowers since she is on a business trip. That is when I had the pleasure of speaking with Patrice. She helped me find a florist close by and once they arrived Patrice had someone put the flowers in my wife’s room. Let me say living out in California that type of customer service is rare to find. Patrice’s friendly attitude and willingness to help was a great experience. I just wanted to say thank you for all of your help Patrice!!!

Apologies to the Skirvin, but I’ve got my new go to hotel when I am in need of a room in downtown OKC. I arrived Friday evening. The valet was crowded, but they get you through quickly. Now, it’s $ 25 a night to valet. I know a lot of people will balk at that, but look around. You’re in downtown OKC, there’s not much self parking available. Also, they are very quick getting your vehicle; just call from your room and usually it just takes a couple of minutes. I think it’s well worth it.
The check in process was quick and the employee was very friendly. I had a K size corner room, which apparently are larger. I had a nice sitting area, a small work station, and a good sized flat screen. The bed was very comfortable, as are the linens and pillows. Very good quality. Importantly, each side of the bed had 2 very accessible electrical outlets. Too many places tuck them away to the point you have to move the bed. This annoys me to no end. But, very easy access at Colcord. Free and reliable wifi, which is a plus.
The bathroom is large, with a separate sink, then a large soaking tub/​shower, then a water closet. I really liked the toiletries, and I don’t usually care about them at a hotel. The shower is large, but it doesn’t close completely off. There is a sort of half wall of glass, then the rest of the shower. So, cold air could get in while you were showering. It was aesthetically nice, but functionally not so much.
The room service ends at 11:00 and is Flint, which is an above average downtown restaurant. Vast is a very short walk as well, as Colcord is connected to Devon Tower. Every employee I encountered was very friendly and constantly (but not annoyingly) asking if I needed anything. Colcord offers above average rooms, a nice in house restaurant in Flint, and very friendly service. There’s a reason it’s go so many 5 star reviews. Definite return.

We stayed at this hotel while attending a tradeshow at the nearby convention center. This hotel is wonderfully charming!
The Colcord is a very charming boutique hotel! The staff is sooooo very amazingly hospitable and helpful! They offer a free coffee/​tea service each morning, and they are very prompt with the delivery so incredibly kind. The rooms are very clean, they have a nice ambiance and they are very spacious. The beds are quite comfy. The a/​c was great! (very thankful for this!) Everyone is so prompt to respond to requests. They also have a shuttle that will happily take you around the downtown area, and then pick you up and bring you back.
I definitely recommend The Colcord!

I booked this room for a conference I was attending. The group I was going with had reservations at a host hotel. Thankfully, I had to book somewhere else, because I got to stay here!!!
The Colcord is a super nice hotel. The staff is amazingly hospitable. They offer a free coffee/​tea service each morning. The rooms are nice and spacious. The beds are great. The a/​c works like a charm. Everyone is so prompt to respond to requests. The shuttle bus will happily take you around the downtown area. I only wish this exquisite, boutique hotel had other locations in other cities. But that would probably ruin the amazing service. This place is highly recommended.
Flint is a restaurant in the hotel. Eat chicken bites.

So. Im not the « Unilocal» kind of guy. I hate writing reviews and am extremely lazy.
Recently I was forced to OKC for two weeks of work. This would be my second such trip in a year and I was dreading it based on my previous stay at the Sheraton. The Colcord changed my tune and changed it quickly.
Everything was perfect. From the time I checked in… excuse me if i mess up some names… Hanna was fantastic and ensured I was happy with my days travels. My wakeup call was a knock on the door and a fresh pot of coffee, Great touch! The valet always had my car ready, or almost always, ready for me to leave as I got downstairs each morning at 645. When I returned, Flint, would always have a drink and some good conversation. Even the turndown service was nice… providing a forecast and cookie. HA.
The hotel was nice enough that instead of dreading my next trip to OKC ill be looking forward to it!

It is a sad thing, when money is worth more than a good review. The Colcord did my room block and rehearsal dinner. We booked out 90 room nights with them, 85% of which, we had to guarantee in order to not pay a penalty, and over $ 6,000 on the rehearsal dinner.
We were told that we were receiving a significant discount on our room rates at $ 179 a night. But as we got closer to the date, we had more and more guests telling us that they were opting to stay at other hotels because they Colcord rate for our room block, was actually MORE than what the Colcord was offering online to other guests not with the wedding. $ 169 is how much it cost online. Knowing that the hotel didn’t HAVE to do anything (signed contract), I reached out thinking that they would at least meet the $ 169. After all, we had heard that their front desk was telling people to use their AAA discount INSTEAD OF OUR ROOM BLOCK.
Not only were they unwilling to save our guests $ 10 a night, the General Manager, Blayne, was in fact, the rudest person I have spoken to in ages. He was curt, unprofessional, and inhospitable. In the end, he lowered the rate to $ 174, which meant our guests paid $ 5 more a night, than other guests of the hotel. NOT what you want when you reserve 90 freaking room nights, and pay thousands for an event.
Our rehearsal dinner was great. The staff ought to teach upper management a thing or two about hospitality, because those people are the only reason I am giving ANY stars. And the rooms are beautiful. Had it not been for Blayne, I’d be giving a much better review.
They also charged all my bridesmaids for their rooms after we explicitly instructed them to use the card the rooms were guaranteed under.
In the end, That $ 5 per night cost them a good review. They cared more about overcharging MY WEDDING GUESTS and getting their $ 450 (total for all the rooms), than doing the right thing. Their General Manager has no business working in hospitality in a state that PRIDES ITSELF on how accommodating they are.

If you have never stayed, you have no idea what you are missing. Positively the best (my wife would say romantic, but I’m a guy) place to stay in the city. Great rooms, great staff; historic yet like being at a fancy home you don’t have.
Restaurant is great!
Have to admit, I miss the old oyster bar that used to be there but time moves on…
On second thought, don’t stay here. It just leaves more room for us!

Stayed here the night prior to the OKC ½ marathon in April. A beautiful hotel, spacious and wonderful room, comfortable bed, and a decent sized bathroom.
The service was beyond excellent. Every single encounter we had was completely courteous and classy. My wife and I were very pleased, and will return to this hotel without question.
Specifically of note — we appreciated the cookies delivered to our room, and the 3pm late checkout for runners in the race. As i am a slow runner, this was awesome!
The only (minor) detractors were the small lobby, and the weak water pressure from the shower. It wasn’t terrible, but I like the water pouring out if possible.
Great hotel, fair price, we’ll be back.

This Hotel went ABOVE AND BEYOND! My Wife and I had a reservation to stay here but upon check-​in they told us that their system had overbooked the hotel and we didn’t have a room there, but they had already made us reservations for a new and fantastic hotel across the street, «ALOFT». They drove us over to the hotel, checked us in and paid for our room, valet costs, room service, and all taxes.
The front office manager named Clara made sure that everything was taken care of. Colcord or the staff didn’t have to take care of this mistake this well, but it goes to show how much they truly value their customers. I will be returning to this hotel upon my next visit to OK City. I would strongly recommend Colcord and Aloft to all travelers.
And by the way the «Aloft» hotel was nice, new, and a very upscale hotel.

The hotel truly is «as good as it gets.»
The Colcord is a truly beautiful hotel with a little of that early 1900s swagger. The Missus and I stayed here for Valentine’s Day and were completely blown away with how everything just seemed perfect.
The room was clean and furnished with a big screen tv, nice furniture, and the most comfortable bed I’ve ever laid on. The bathroom was spotless, as well. Overall, everything in our room either looked new or was new. It really was impressive. \
The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I’m not the type of guy that enjoys having a door held open for him and at Colcord… they open EVERY door except your room door for you. Kinda made me feel important. They have room service, but I was content with just walking down to the Flint, grabbing a bottle of bubbly, and retreating back to the room.
Overall, I was extremely impressed with the Colcord. It’s easily the coolest, prettiest, and most comfortable hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

We decided to take a spur of the moment trip down to the city for Christmas. At first glance, the hotels exterior is not as impressive as some of the larger hotels. However, the interior is beautiful and modern.
I loved the set-​up of the standard king room. We usually upgrade to the deluxe or a suite but due to the nature of this trip, this was all that was available.
The little private hallway entry to the room was impressive. In addition, the separation of the sink and bath area made the room seem much larger.
Overall the hotel was very clean and the service was great! Their restaurant, Flint was also superb.

We had a wonderful stay here recently. It was especially fun since I used to office in this building before it was a hotel, and I’d always wanted to stay here as a guest. Even though I had built it up for a long time, it exceeded my expectations.
We had a handful of rooms for family and friends in from out of town during our wedding. I stayed in a corner suite the night before my wedding, and it was so nice to have the extra room to get ready before the wedding.
There was a large bathroom with shower, tub and dual sinks with a large lighted vanity, and a separate room with the potty and another sink. All of those different areas came in handy while getting ready! There was also a large sitting room with big windows, a couch, and several chairs. We were able to comfortably have three people getting ready in there (with three different hair/​makeup people) and it was never cramped.
We also stayed the night of our wedding, and we loved it. We ordered room service (since we really didn’t get to eat at our wedding) and it was so good. Again, the extra room came in handy as we had a place to put my dress, K’s suit, flowers, cake, room service trays and more, and were able to relax in our room without all that clutter.
The room service was great, and the morning coffee service was a big plus. Every single person we encountered was so helpful, polished and professional, we were all very impressed. Having Flint as part of this hotel makes a huge difference (in my opinion) in the quality of the food and drinks.
We had a few tiny problems with the valets finding our cars quickly, but I think that’s because we had multiple people under the same last name in the hotel. It was not a big enough deal that it even mattered, but there could be some room for improvement there.
All in, I couldn’t have imagined staying anywhere else the night before my wedding, or getting ready anywhere else. And even if you only stay one night, you really should stay there the night of your wedding if you can. It’s worth a little bit of money to pamper yourselves on the night of your big day!

I don’t hand these things out lightly: it takes a lot for a pricey hotel to get 5* from me. Though not perfect, Colcord earns it.
Stayed 3 nights for business, first week in June. Shopped rates and found this hotel fairly-​priced, comparable to the Sheraton (stayed there, blah). Easy choice. We needed proximity to the business district, particularly the courthouse. This spot is in the shadows of the Devon tower (check out the patio terrace!).
Check in on Sunday afternoon was seamless. Our two rooms were ready, beside one another on the same floor. Ate daily at the Flint restaurant, once for dinner, a couple times utilizing the patio for drinks and post-​day recap of the trial. Restaurant was very good for breakfast, and okay for dinner. It’s pricey.
Experienced a couple mis-​steps:
a) «coffee wake up» was only delivered as scheduled ¹⁄₃ mornings. First morning – ommitted; second-​got the desk wake up call, no coffee; third– coffee arrived as expected.
b) Upon reviewing my folio had (1) a double charge (same amount for one drink) on the bill from Flint patio bar, and (2) one extra day’s parking for one of vehicles (wife brought car on the last day). Both were quickly corrected over email with the hotel after i returned home.
But the pros so greatly outweigh the cons–
a) room comfort, great bed, spacious room, great TVs – ACTUALLY HAVE HD, unlike so many in the midwest);
b) impressive lobby & historic nature of the building;
c) restaurant is well-​accoutred with bfast, lunch, dinner, drinks menu; love the multipurpose nature of the space – separate patio bar so you can come chill in flip flops;
d) location (convention center/​CHK area/​business district/​park across from Devon) is top notch;
e) service was generally good and friendly; loved the car service to drop us and our huge loads of stuff at the courthouse;
f) though it’s not cheap to stay here, they do NOT nickle and dime the customer: WiFi, morning coffee, bottled water replaced daily, etc.
Such are the elements of a 5* mid-​western hotel. My fave in OKC, by a mile.

This hotel is as stunning on the inside as it is out. Located in the heart of Oklahoma City, this is a staple that is rich in history and style. Staying here will impress everyone.
Checking in was a breeze before heading up to the room. THE ROOM. Ya, that deserved it’s own sentence. For a downtown hotel, the amount of space in the room was incredible. The bed was sublimely comfortable and there was even a fancy pants chair that you could easily nap in next to the bed by a window overlooking the city.
The shower had eucalyptus strung around and made me feel like I was bathing like a greek goddess.
Best part of my stay? Complimentary morning coffee delivery. CHYA. I know my coffee, and this stuff was good.

Did you know Colcord is actually spelled F-​A-​B-​U-​L-​O-​U-​S?
This gorgeous downtown property full of swank and swagger has every little detail covered. Seriously — from the onsite restaurant (Flint — which serves food later than most OKC restaurants!) to the richly-​appointed rooms which beg you to stay, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to even the most finicky of friends.
The bed is made up so lovely that it almost hurt to pull the covers back… and, I specifically carved out 30 minutes of time upon arrival just to luxuriate under the covers before we needed to get moving. Plush perfection.
Service was on-​point — my one recommendation is to allow plenty of time to retrieve your car from valet as it took anywhere from 5 – 15 minutes.
Don’t pass on this one just because you think it may be out of your budget — if the timing is right, you can get in for well under $ 200/​night.
